We brought our kettle and receipt dated 4/13/2023 for return. However, the manager Miguel at the counter refused to accept our return, stated "missing box and it is because of customers like you this company filed for bankruptcy" and walked away. Redwood City location accepted our return without any questions.
The store has big parking lot, you have to wear mask tool get into the store. Some area of the store looks messy. It's nice if each shelves show the price instead of back and forth to the scanner. The cashier is nice.
Ask for George! He's FRESH MEAT and has been there less than two months! He needs the sales!! #UncleStinkee #SmellMelater PLEASE MENTION ME!! It would make his day!
A pretty large store, with a decent selection of the usual things.
Unfortunately this business is closing and this local location is already permanently closed. The coupons they famously passed out can no longer be used and gift cards can not be used after May 8th. All locations will be closed by 30 June 2023.
You can get most things you would expect to find here, but the prices are a bit higher than those at the Target down the street. There isn'tuch at this place that Target doesn't have, so I rarely find myself shopping here.
They are now closed for good. The store is empty and won't be there anymore.
This store is smaller than most other BBB stores I've visited, but it still has all the essentials that are typical of BBB. Despite it's size, it never seems to be too crowded. We've purchased several home organization items there and when we needed to return them it was no problem at all, and the staff were friendly and efficient about it. Parking can be a bit congested, take your time.
The staff named JoJo was extremely helpful. He was very professional and courteous when I returned an item soonest the store opens. He was busy in stocking items but he came to provide services once he saw me. I have ordered items from this location many times in the past. In all, excellent services in a very timely manner. It really made my day!
They advertised lots of items of which they had none, staff was not very helpful
