I’m an ex 12 year employee to this company. One year to this particular store. It’s sad to see, the standards have dropped so low. There are things I see that would have never have flied. I see the decline . Other then the store being empty. The employees were all nice and we were greeted several times.

As Bed Bath and Beyond's go, this is a nice one and lives up to the name.  You can pretty much find anything you need for your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and beyond here.  They regularly send out 20% off coupons to use in store or online and you can order online and pickup in store if you like.  Only problem I have had here is the it can be a pain to get in and out of this parking lot.  There is an in n out in the center and the drive through traffic often clogs up the parking lot.

Walked into the store to start a wedding registry.  There were 3 employees just standing near the front of the store chatting.  I told them that I came to start a wedding registry and they said “It is all online”. They said to go on the internet and start it.  I asked if I would still be able to scan things in the store if I register online and they looked at me like I was crazy and said no.  Not one employee even took a step toward me or was willing to help. They were actually quite rude.    Upon realizing that they were not even going to attempt any customer service, I turned around and left.  Beyond the attitude of the employees, registering for bed and bath supplies all online is ridiculous.  I cannot tell if I like the feel of a towel or a sheet based on the picture and description online.  Every Google search I have done about in store wedding registries brings up Bed Bath and Beyond.  Apparently it is all lies.  My guests will just have to buy things at a store that appreciates customers.

Awful.  1 cashier and 3? self-check out stations. Card only.  A customer couldn't find a bar code to scan, so the cashier spent almost FIVE minutes trying to find it. He left... And came back... Left... And came back. STARED at the box. Left and came back.  The creepy old redhead manager just watched from a safe distance. Another old supervisor ? told me to use the self-check out. I told him I had cash. He walked away.  You guys have a problem with cash?  I left.  eBay has better stuff, anyway.  If you REALLY want to buy something, bring a credit or debit card. The employees are rude, so set your expectations very low.  Better yet, shop online at a better retailer.

this place needs more stuff that is made in America. went here a few months ago. stuff is way overpriced and even with a coupon it's buying it at regular price. staff was rude and not helpful. better off going to walmart where there's a better selection and reasonable prices you don't  need coupons

I wish I could give a minus star. I had absolutely worst experience in BB&B located at Bakersfield. A staff member was following us not to touch anything just because I had toddler with me. I had nobody to leave my toddler with at home. The staff member expected me to put things exactly as it was in the right place. Not a little here and there. I wonder how Target, Costco and other big retailers manage their business then. Staff members are extremely rude and overwhelmed. I blame BB&B management for that not staff members. This is how they are forced to behave with customers. Now I know why one can barely find a customer in this store. Please stop sending me your stupid 20% off coupons when you priced things higher than other stores and deceive people with coupons.

all I have to say that I went to several bed and baths and horrible service , no stock asked them nicely if the other stores had it said yes one store and they don't ship out only pickup well after the fact I called David at Bakersfield and tell u I live in Sherman oaks  and let me tell u he was amazing went out  of his way to help me and ordered the curtains i wanted and shipped it out to me now that's what u call a great employee !!!!!

Recently went back to this store and was extremely disappointed. Now all they have is self check out lines and they get annoyed if you need help. Manager acted all rude when he had to come and fix an issue. Didn't introduce self or say anything. Won't be coming back for sure.

My wife loves this store. We always get coupons in the mail. It's clean, smells nice. The staff is helpful and nice. They recently changed an area of the store to products like you would find in a pharmacy. And the prices are usually competitive. There's so many products, it's takes a little browsing to see them all. I recommend it.

My mom is a super fan of BB&B. I have to make at least 3 trips with her a month because she is a big coupon fan when it comes to that store.
