We are a local family owned business that offers affordable lot rent for mobile home owners. We also sell Clayton mobile homes.

We are a local family owned business that offers affordable lot rent for mobile home owners. To protect our tenants, we do not rent mobile homes. Mobile homes accepted into the park are preferred to be no more than 5-10 years old. Our tenants range from newborns to senior citizens.

"We are a Family Owned and Operated Mobile Home Community. We offer a quiet and safe environment for families and senior citizens alike. There is no renting of homes, everyone in our community is a Home Owner! We have city utilities, door-to-door trash service and a centrally located mail center. If you are looking for Country Side Living that is withing City Limits, close to shopping and doctors, then this is the place for you!"

Very nice managers, every time I call they're always available to answer questions.  Community grounds look well taken care of,  we're very excited to move in soon!
