Bedford Motel

Don't go to this hotel! The second my wife and I walked in the door, the room REEKED of cigarettes. Our reservation said non-smoking and it even said that on the door. HOWEVER, there's an ashtray sitting right on the bureau. What?! My wife has horrible asthma and that smell was just awful. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. There were coffee stains still in the sink! We lasted 5 minutes in that room before we couldn't take it anymore and left. We returned the key and explained why we were unhappy and leaving and the front desk person could have cared less. We lost out on $100 because the reservation was non-refundable, but there was no way we were subjecting ourselves to the disgusting conditions of that motel room. Don't waste your money.

Customer service was beyond unreasonable. No explanation, or experience of how to run a motel or how to treat customers. The room was not clean. It had a clearly stated sign saying no smoking. The room was a cloud of smoke when you walked in along with a fresh slap of stale cigarette smoke from years of smoking. The ashtray in the room was a nice touch right next to the no smoking sign along with the dripping nicotine stains running down the walls next to the light switch. There was a dirt my towel hanging in the bathroom on the rack. The bathroom sink had coffee dumped in it and the tub hadn’t been cleaned in at least a month. It was unbearable and unbelievably disgusting. I’ll pray for you and please get some help cleaning in there or don’t open rooms for service. Some people travel and stay places for medical reasons and someone like that can not stay in a room like that without catching something. It’s disgraceful.

Actually insane. Doors wouldn’t lock, so requested another room. Second room exterior doors also wouldn’t lock and appeared to have been kicked in. Requested a refund. Request was denied and we left shortly afterward. Thankfully we have photo and video evidence of this and will be contacting my lawyer regarding it. Would be better off sleeping in your car or outside somewhere. Seriously insane. Would settle for a room with no bed in it over a room with locks that don’t work. Beyond sketchy.

This is definitely not a luxury hotel but if you are traveling on a budget I would say that it is a decent option as it is a lot less expensive then other hotels in the area. Room was clean when we arrived.Rooms: 3/5

Service is terrible to mediocre. I was denied service because I have a service dog and the attendant got belligerent with me. I had to call the police and have an officer sent down. The showers don’t work all the time. There’s no convenience stores near by but there’s a Starbucks within a 5 minute drive time and it’s right next door to an ice cream place. So that’s a plus.

How is ir that iam costumer every single week ,and cys I could t make it yesterday day can't give me another day or refund my money ,who does that unprofessional and inconsiderate, well they won't be getting money from me ,they should value there costumer since we spend money there we'll wat can we say that's the way Indians are greedy, no Bueno at all, guys don't waist ya money in places that are not going to value costumer, bummer
