Bedrock Art Editions, LLC is a professional collaborative print shop devoted to the traditional methods of printmaking, utilizing innovative processes to solve contemporary printmaking needs. Owned and operated by Tamarind Master Printer Aaron Shipps, Bedrock publishes new works by contemporary artists, also offering contract printing services to artists of all practices in the mediums of lithography, woodcut, and monotype.
After graduating from The Tamarind Institute in 2007, Aaron Shipps was hired on at The Lawrence Lithography Workshop in Kansas City, where he worked as a professional collaborative printer until 2016. During his time at The Tamarind Institute and The Lawrence Lithography Workshop, Aaron has collaborated with and/or printed editions for the following artists:
