Monique was very helpful and caring! Initially though I didn't feel very welcome as I stood by the reception trying to figure out who to talk to. I walked in seeing three staff, one looked at me then looked back at computer though, i didn't notice her being on the phone another one was on the computer watching YouTube while eating chips. I recommend maybe having a line set up or maybe have a staff acknowledge any clients if they look a bit lost. Big picture though, i think the staff and Monique are very nice and helpful and went beyond normal service even though I had an odd request. I can tell she works at her job to make sure clients are happy. I'm so lucky i ran into a sample sheet at another store that had a tile that looks exactly the same as the one I need and I'm so happy there was a store near my house that had samples of it in stock!
I love this Store! The staff are so friendly & helpful. Monique & Ileana were always very helpful & gave options which help me with my decisions. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this place & I will surely come back for future projects.
Monique was such a pleasure to work with at Bedrosians. The show room offers a ton of examples, everything is really clearly laid out, and she was very thoughtful with providing samples as well as helping us with our order and letting us order and pay remotely.
Great selection and service. Monique was super helpful and so sweet! We figured out two bathrooms in no time with her help. Definitely recommend if you're in need and if you are unsure if what will work for your space and style.
Chose our master bath flooring from here. Quality of tile was great. We've had it for 6 months now and are super happy. The showroom is great and you can get a lot of inspiration. Plenty of parking.
Beautiful showroom, helpful staff, and very Covid safe. They shared free tile samples that helped me really easily make a decision about a kitchen backsplash.
Staff members were friendly, but unfortunately this seems like a smaller branch with a more limited stone selection. The showroom was well done with a diverse array of tiles though. Might have to go to another branch to see more of their collection
I deal mostly with Daisy and Maria. The other staff are brilliant as well. Clean store great customer service and a great selection of material.
Great people, great place.
Free products and very reasonable and knowledgeable people couldn't ask for more
