"June 16, 2021RaT Update,We are open from 3pm to 12 midnight everyday if the week.The only change to the summer schedule that we know of for sure is we will be closed Sunday July 4th and Monday July 5th. The staff has been working hard and we want to celebrate them on those days. Also keep you eyes open for a special announcement that has to do our Dirty Thirty birthday party and customer appreciation weekend. What has become abundantly clear over the last year and a half is how lucky we are to be able to take 2 days with our work family because of amazing customers like all of you. This is my 21st year at the RaT. I have seen many “regulars” come and go over the years, and I can say with confidence that we have been blessed with so many"

Perfect hole in the wall bar with a nice menu and a very large, covered back patio. I can’t believe I’m not already a regular at this place. The bartender was super efficient and friendly. The food menu is slightly elevated for bar food but still what you’re looking for when you’re craving bar food. The patio has tons of separate seating areas, a TV and it is well covered for rainy days. The patio is also dog friendly and even though it’s almost completely closed-in smoke friendly as there was a table of about 10 old white dudes smoking pipes just fumigating the place. I don’t recommend going on pipe club day. Parking can be a challenge in the neighborhood.
Good food at a good price! All the comfort foods. I like sitting out back on the covered patio. They have weekly events. Easily could become your go to for alone times or with a group.Food: 5/5
Loved the patio but the whole experience was ruined by a regular named Jack or John who joined multiple different tables and talked very inappropriately to the women at the tables. It was extremely distracting, to the point I almost said something. Really unfortunate he was able to disturb so many guests without intervention from the staff. He cat called the server many times but she simply ignored it without understanding how it was impacting other guests. If he is there during my next visit, I will ask for a refund and promptly leave.
I love this little pub. It's small and dark but the back patio is very nice even on R rainy day. They have beer, cider and cocktails. The food is really delicious. I think I always get the fish when I go. Fish and chips or fish tacos. They also have Scotch eggs.

Great Irish Pub with some great bites and good beers and ciders. I recommend the scotch eggs. Hard boiled egg wrapped in breakfast sausage and fried. Oh so good.
Just moved to the area and so excited for this to be my spot. The smoking is the hard part. The only drawback. The air gets trapped and the whole patio turns into my childhood bowling alley. Which, is probably cool for the handful of people who are there to smoke. Any chance you can do smoking/nonsmoking days?
Went with a largish group. Had a good time. Moscow mule was not good. Burger was very tasty.Food: 4/5
Great service, fish and chips were terrible! I've had F&C here many times, but the past 2 times the quality was horrible. Too much batter, no flavor.
Came here to have a couple beers on Saturday, Jan. 7 at about 3:30 pm. This was my second visit. The place is very cozy. Good beer and spirits selection. The outdoor patio area was comfortable.
