We've had to make quite a few transitions since moving out of our apartment in July and let me tell you, Nicole has bent over backwards to accommodate, support and help in every way possible! From multiple unit reservation changes to assisting us in configuring the right size and price point to suit our needs, she has truly made this stressful time in our life much more manageable. Bee Safe Storage comes highly recommended in my book!

We've been doing business with Bee Storage for well over a year now and are more than pleased with the facility and the service alike! Nicole has always held us in the highest regard, handling any needs that we've encountered with a level of care and compassion you would expect from extended family. Couldn't recommend Bee Safe on Augusta Rd as the storage place of choice more!!!!

I couldn't sing their praises more!! Bee Safe on Augusta Rd in Lexington has been our facility of choice for over a year now and they have yet to disappoint. The location is prime and the facility is always crystal clean. We love having easy passcode entry and access into the building, as well as carts to transport our items from car to storage. And the staff - more specifically, Nicole - is always friendly, helpful and accommodating! Highly recommended!!!

The units are very clean and so is the building itself. The General Manager is very friendly and makes the process of moving in/getting everything you need a breeze. The price is fair for the space and amenities climate control, elevator, moving carts. If you reserve online you get a discounted rate. Definitely pleased with my experience so far!

The employees caused a leak in our unit, damaging about $450.00 worth of stuff. They took no responsibility,  offered only to push us to the insurance policy that required receipts to prove how much of a loss it was. They were rude, seemed to blame us, and then doubled billed us because we moved lockers.  So, we closed out our locker after 5 years. During that time, prices have doubled, and customer service sems absent.  Rent at your own risk. There are better places.

I am so glad that we still how some good hearted people in this world. Thanks to Nicole and Tamia at bee safe storage facility located at 5409 Augusta Rd. The best storage facility in the Lexington and Columbia area. They were very concerned about my storage room needs in helping me pick out the perfect storage size unit that i needed. Again i am a very satisfied customer. They have excellent customer service skills.

The staff is top notch. Helpful and approachable! I bothered these folks 100 times and never once was I made to feel like I was a bother. The facility is great but the people are the standard of excellence.

I highly recommend this place: good location, friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean facility, and feels very safe. Entering the building is easy, using a personalized passcode. Carts are available, just past the entrance doors, for transportation of items from car to storage.

OK so only a 2 because we had a payment due on the 28th which we payed but moved out on the 29th and they won't prorated the one day. If that does not effect you the unit was clean and they had great security and the folks running the unit were very nice.

Units are very nice and very clean, i love the fact they have dollies to make bigger trips and the service is great and everyone is super polite. Definitely the best unit ive had
