The food was good but sadly our server Latoya was very rude. I kept repeating myself 3 times and she had the nerve to mock me when she walked away. Had to get another server named Sam who was alot nicer. EDIT: Now the owner is supporting servers who lie to them. Company will be notified. Lying and insulting customers will not be accepted.
I ordered the pastrami sandwich with onion rings on the side. It was served in a basket, on top of the pile of onion rings, falling apart, and soaked in grease. Nobody took much care to make sure it was presented well. The same effect could have been achieved by dumping it out of a paper bag onto the plate. The portions were ample, and the taste was good, but trying to pick the thing up, slide it back together and bite into it was a challenge. It was a mess. My companion had the fried shrimp, and that looked good. She enjoyed it. Call it fast food ambience in a sit-down restaurant.
So while on FB their promo came across my news feed while we were in town. Their 2 for $25 is awesome! I actually ended up taking just a little bit home. Service was fantastic and food was great! Got the Chicken and Bacon and wife got the 6 oz steak. Portions were perfect. Definitely a return trip when we come back!
The waitress was great. The hostess needs an attitude adjustment. My mom got the october brats, they were mushy and I don't recommend they, I got the octoberfest grilled chicken, it was OK, not good enough to order again. They seem to be skimping on the fries as well .Food: 3/5
We had a dinner Sunday 10/1 @ 5pm, high school reunion class, Ooltewah High, our server was fantastic and took good care of us all. Fairly big group and we sat outside on the patio to enjoy the nice weather. Thank you for having us, we all enjoyed it.Food: 4/5
This is the only other Beefs I've been to other than the one in my old home town of Owensboro Ky. Morgan was our waitress. She was an absolute doll. Engaging funny and good at her job. We didn't eat much but what we had was really good. Just like back home.
Walked in and waited at the hostess stand. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I walked up to a waitress and who I need to talk to to be seated. I was told to" seat yourself, there's only 3 of us here tonight. So we sat at a table, for another 5+ minutes waiting for a waitress to get to us. Our food we ordered did show up rather quickly thou. Our waitress ask if we needed anything else, we said silverware to eat with. The entire time we were there, we never received a refill or the offer of one. The was someone working the bar area, thou I have no idea what he was doing there as no one at the bar our entire stay. Also, the table across from us was loaded with dishes from the last customers who sat there. It sat with dirty dishes for at least 20 minutes. This was my first and most likely last time at this restaurant.
Reviewing solely to applaud our server tonight. Sam K. was hands down FIVE STARS!! The food was a little overcooked 3 stars at best but it was SUPER busy for a Saturday night at 9:30 with only 3 employees that we saw - a bartender, a server and a cook. Sam was running back and forth from outside to inside tending to tables of 4, 6, 8 + people but she had the BEST attitude all night!
Food was hot and great, but I really look forward to your ranch since it's my favorite but it was so chucky it literally made me sick and I didn't want to eat my food anymore. Service was okay but I felt a little Neglected because I was not welcome when I came in and it wasn't really busy in there.Food: 4/5
Had the surf and turf which was excellent. Staff very friendly and service was great. Got there before dinner crowd. So no wait time and food came out fast.Food: 5/5
