Brewery is located in a nicely renovated old building. Tons of off street parking behind the brewery accessable through the alley. Beer was among the best of any small brewery I've had in quite some time, and I go to a lot of small breweries. Food options are limited, but the pizza is excellent. We tried both crust styles and were impressed. Doing a few things well is always better than doing a lot things mediocrely. Daniel, our bartender, was very personable and attentive even though he was also making and cooking the pizzas. Really great products and service in a lovely environment. Highly recommend.

Chaos has some of the best craft beer we’ve tried around the 4-states area and a super clean & friendly environment. Also, they allow dogs inside!! My personal favorite is their Gekkenhuis farmhouse saison. The building echoes so it can get really loud inside, but if you sit at the bar it’s not too bad. There is something for everyone here! If you are not a fan of craft beer they have signature cocktails as well. They also serve pizza now, too! We haven’t tried it yet, but definitely will next time.
Great to see a craft brewery in SW Missouri. I'm originally from Springfield, and was on my way back to Tulsa to fly home after visiting family. I needed to get some work done, so I stopped at Chaos and caught up on emails at the bar while enjoying a flight. The bartender left me alone for an hour but then we also had a wonderful conversation. Great beer ... my only complaint is that it isn't closer to where I live now, in the Northeast!
Great selection of high quality beers! With 19 taps open, there is something for everyone! Great airy space and a limited pizza menu. My only disappointment.... We always set at the bar to possibly engage in conversations with the staff, and it was clearly all business. Would love to have seen the brewery represented by someone passionate about craft beer, proud enough of the products to check in on what we did or didn't like.

Some of the best craft beer in the 4 state area. Great ipa and pale ale. Wide selection. Something for everyone. They only use top quality ingredient’s and you can taste it in the beer. No need to go to Colorado if you are looking for a national class craft beer — just go to Joplin and experience some Chaos!
Great beer, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Don’t live in Joplin but next time I’m here I will definitely stop here again and have a few beers.
