Cardio equipment featuring: ellipticals, stair climber, treadmills, spin bike and recumbent bike; all types of upper body, lower body, back and shoulder weight machines; free weights from 5lbs-105lbs; and an ab station with yoga mats, balance balls, resistance bands and kettle bells. There is also a heavy punching bag on the floor.
