The Behavioral Wellness Group is a private, outpatient practice in Mentor, OH that offers psychotherapy and behavioral health services to individuals.

JOHN GLOVAN, PSYD
John Glovan is a Doctor of Psychology, providing treatment for children, adolescents, adults and geriatric clients. Specialty areas include mood disorders, sexual disorders, divorce issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, acute or chronic health issues, as well as psychological, educational and bariatric testing.
MICHAEL POLLAK, PCC, LICDC
A Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, Michael Pollak provides Intensive programming individual and family therapy to chemically dependent adolescents and adults. Additionally, he provides mental health therapy for young adults.
ALICIA THOMAS, PCC
Alicia Thomas is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She sees older teens and adults for individual and couples therapy treating a variety of concerns.
CATHY KNEZEVICH, M.Ed., PCC
Ms.Knezevich’s goal as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is to help people live a more fulfilled life, whether they are managing emotional issues or life challenges. She works with older teens, adults and seniors; individually, as couples and families. She also runs a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults with more difficult emotional, behavioral or life challenges.
BARBARA DOREMUS, PHD
Dr. Doremus has presented extensively on issues ranging from food addiction to school behaviors to forensic practices. She is a member of the American Psychological Association. Her specialty areas include forensic evaluation (both civil and criminal), psychological testing and individual therapy for adults experiencing depression and stress.
LAUREN PLOTT, LISW
Lauren Plott is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with more than 12 years’ experience as a psychotherapist, previously employed as an outpatient dietitian with the Cleveland Clinic. Her experience includes individual, family, and group therapy with adolescents, adults, and older adults. Special interests include mood disorders, anxiety, relationship and adjustment issues, and disordered eating.
ERIN PAWLAK, LPCC
Erin Pawlak is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in working with young adults and adolescents. With 7 years of experience in the mental health field, her specialty areas include working with youth, anxiety, depression and ADHD.
