I wanted to give this a higher rating, but unfortunately cannot. The people were very friendly and the car wash was very nice. However, the purpose of a car wash is to clean the car and it did not…. The entire back end looks like it wasn’t even touched. There are also places on the front that are still dirty. The sides and hood look pretty good, but I didn’t buy the most expensive wash to have my car half cleaned. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually cleans the entire car. Extremely disappointing!!! ETA, based on their response- I shouldn’t have to get out of my car after a car wash to check and make sure it worked. I should be able to go through the wash and drive home or to whatever my destination is, knowing it is clean. Things happen and washes can sometimes mess up, but if you read the reviews it is a common problem! I wish I had checked the reviews first, because I would never have gone.
Today on my lunch break I ran through Tommy’s to wash my car after the “dust rain” we had last weekend. When I got to the cashier, I met Ashley. She told me about the promotion they were running for a month of unlimited washes for the price of one car wash. I said sure and signed up for the program. She told me to pull up near the building after the car wash so she could give me a complimentary detailing pack. When I pulled up, she not only gave me goodies but also helped me download the Tommy’s app. She was so kind and helpful, and complimented my car several times during my visit. I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I left feeling really good about my choice to join the membership club.
Really great right now. Still very new. Hope it stays as clean and operational as it is today and that prices don't go off the rails crazy after the newness has worn off. Most car wash places just keep going downhill from opening and things that break don't get fixed quickly.. let's hope the owner of this place keeps it in tip top shape! I've signed up on the monthly unlimited washes plan and so far, my car comes out cleaner than any other automated place around this side of Olathe. Wish the vacuums would stay on a few minutes longer to reduce the number of restarts I have to do when thoroughly cleaning my car. We have grandkids, and they're messy. The vacuums work great, but seem to only last for 5 minutes at a time. I could be wrong about that though. So pleased to have this where it is as we shop at Price Chopper and Starbucks often, so this is really convenient for me
Dropped in because I was lazy and not looking forward to washing the car myself. To my surprise it was quick, easy, and efficient. They’ve Got vacuums that you can use. Great people working for you guys, Nathan was great!!
Took my truck by today and not sure if a brush wasn't working but the front of it looks as though it wasn't washed.
I was nervous taking my new van to a car wash as I’m a bit in the short side and worried about seeing to get my van into the tracks you normally see at car washes. This place didn’t have that it just had a conveyor belt thingy you didn’t have to perfectly align. Yay. There was a gentleman walking around offering air fresheners and dash cleaners which was nice and the vacuums are free that also was great. The only reason for one less star is my van still came out dirty. Mostly the front end still had bugs and whatnot on it. That was a bit disappointing but still overall a good experience. I’ll probably go back and work harder some how to get the front cleaned better.

I've never been so disappointed in a car wash in all my life. They don't offer towels to dry your car. Their vacuums are trash. I had to try multiple vacuums just to try to get my carpet semi clean My car was still dirty after going through the tunnel. I literally feel like I need to drive to a 2nd car wash to properly clean my car. The employees I encountered were VERY nice and helpful. They get 5 stars, but unfortunately the concept is terrible. You took forever to open then rolled out a subpar product/service. Please fix it.
Staff here is great, nothing but a positive good experience. Manager on site was helpful and made rounds asking if he could help anyone. Have good membership deals going on constantly and prices aren’t bad for the wash’s you can get. I didn’t get a chance to try the car wash prior to daylight savings, it will be cool to go when it’s darker in the fall to see the “lightshow” in the tunnel.
Great car wash but they need to turn down the speed on the side brushes because it pushed my electronic mirrors forward on my truck and I thought it broke them but they work OK now. And if you're driving a tall truck it's hard to see over the hood when exiting the car wash. I like the Tommy's carwash at a 106th and roe much better on flat ground
