Reading all these bad reviews I agree with them and I don’t even go there I just stopped in because I was going to change health centers, because it would be closer for my husband and I but the atmosphere was just awful, the music was playing loud, rock music when I go on a doctors office I want the atmosphere to feel calm and it was not a comfortable atmosphere in there. Needless to say we will travel to go to a place where we feel comfortable
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO YOU! This place is the biggest joke. They should be reported to whoever has the ability to shut medical offices down. They never call you back, any prescriptions you may have, forget about it, Jennifer Caudel likes to play god and decides when people can have their anxiety/depression meds. God forbid anyone has suicidal tendencies, she should be sued for withholding medication. I wouldn’t take my dead dog here.
I have been going here for over 8 years. The turnover of staff has been constant. I have not had a physical with the same doctor two years in a row When I called about COVID vaccines, I was told to find somewhere else to go because they would not have them for a long time. Recently I called for vaccines for out of country travel. They told me they couldn't help me and to call the local hospital. When I said that it was ridiculous to have me calling around SHANNON to medical assistant hung up on me. Nobody there cares, it is just a job there are stuck with. Find healthcare elsewhere.
Don't listen to the negative reviews. The pandemic really hit all the medical fields hard and everywhere is struggling to get enough help for the offices. I've received nothing but outstanding customer service, and I absolutely love the doctor I have here!! All these bitter reviews are just people who didn't understand what goes on behind the scenes.
Not even good enough for my dog. When you call an entire week early, to ensure, your prescription get to the pharmacy and it doesnt or Dr Jen puts a hold on it even though it's a monthly med and insurance knows when it's due for refill. That's playing God, I will not give you the satisfaction. I've driven in 40m one way 3x only to be sent home for over scheduling. Your Administrator was called over 2wks ago and I get no return calls. Send my files to Twin Pines!!!!
I have been a patient at this facility since they first opened. I have never received such horrible patient care as I have over the past year. I have to call repeatedly to get blood work results, they do not call me. I have been trying to get a referral to a specialist for two weeks and have left half a dozen messages, without receiving a call back....from anyone. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone looking for attention and care with their health. A patient shouldn't have to beg for test results or attention to medical concerns. Pulling my records and going elsewhere.
This is not the place to go when you want good health care. My real provider which I loved Rob Cianfarano left a few years ago and I only stayed because it was close to my home. Since then they have not been the same. I'm never able to see the same provider which they told me I could. I don't want to see someone new every time because I have a long medical history. I just had my records transferred to some place else. This facility can't even see you when you need to be seen. I'm glad I'm done going here!!!!
They never call back. And when you call them to get try to get in to see a Dr they hang up after leaving you on hold for 30 minutes 10/10 do not recommend if you value your health even a little bit.
I followed Dr Robert Cianferarno there MANY yrs ago n since then i think I've had 5 different Dr's n 2 of them i never got to meet because they were gone b4 my apt. How are you suppose to get to know your Dr when they change so often. I've got 2 have a physical w a Dr I've never met. REALLY!!
I would have given 5 stars when Dr. Campbell was there. The Center was OK when Dr. Madden was in charge prior to her geriatric training. After almost 30 yrs at my local Bel. Ctr, I left after constant turnover, problems w/ perscriptions, being directly lied to by staff, the Hippa law being broken by staff, and an incident that actually almost killed me. Would not recommend .
