was charged $80, all they did was blow dry , cut, and wash my hair. I have NEVER went to a place where they have charged me that much money . NEVER coming back here again.

I 100% Recommend This Hair Salon!!!! This salon is absolutely AMAZING From the moment I stepped inside, I felt so welcomed and important. The owner, really took her time to not only introduce herself, but she also took the time to educate me on my hair type and how to achieve healthy results. I was so happy about my final results, that it actually moved me to tears because it's been years since I've felt comfortable and confident with my very own hair. I can foresee myself as a lifelong client and look forward to seeing where this new healthy hair journey will take me

I have been to Belky’s 3 times over the years and was satisfied previously. This visit was a disaster. I called ahead to make sure the salon wasn’t busy and it was not. I was told I would be finished in1.5 hours. I ended up wasting more than 4 HOURS in the salon. I was passed around between 3 different stylist for no reason. One stylist burned my neck twice, I have large burn marks on both sides of my neck. I was also drastically overcharged for the service. Belky made up a price for the service I received which was $80 more than I’ve ever paid before. She tried to make up some rationale for overcharging me, not knowing that I know exactly how much everything should cost. I was thoroughly disgusted by my treatment and the nerve she had to charge me for my service at all after the poor service.

I’ve been coming here on/off for awhile now .I believe it’s a nice place , and Blowouts are good , however they not very educated in black hair especially if your natural and have courser hair . They need to get better detanglers combs and brushes for that specific hair-type so they can better accommodate the clients without pulling and damaging their hair . The pricing is always different from previous times ,which is extremely annoying and unprofessional. I believe it’s time to find another place for blowouts !
