The courtroom was packed with over 100 people to try and upon my second time coming to court for my second hearing the first hearing after my first appearance last month I was told that I needed to proceed with or without an attorney. As the defendant of the case being tried, I was scared that I was going to receive an unfair trial because I was unable to obtain counsel prior to my court date. Well on break I came to the receptionist across the street from court in a complete panic. She was kind enough to text Mr. Bell for me and Mr. Bell took my case on a whim from the text and me flagging him down in the courtroom. I felt so helpless and out of control of my own destiny and Mr. Bell’s kindness truly saved the day. I am so thankful for his help.
Bell is one of the best attorneys in Randolph county. He knows his cases unlike many i have seen have to stare at a paper to know what is going on. He can normally have a deal set or dropped charges handled before he approaches you at the court house. Gets my husband cleared all the time, y'all need to remember that in a court house they have a system in play ALL the attorneys around here do the something. He isn't a miracle worker he does what he is paid to do defend you and try to get the charge lowered or dropped. Depending on the charges if you know your doing time pretty sure he got you less days. i paid 850 my felony got dropped took the probation for the misd. i have called their office in a panic and those ladies handled me well, its not easy when i get triggered into a mania ,. unless you I'm okay need space have had Bell in a full on trial then you don't have a clue how bad @$$ he gets. Your responsible to keep up with your own court dates. hired to what? get your charge reduced or dismissed, good luck everyone in court and especially in life.

I found Mr. Bell and his staff to be professional, forthcoming, and pleasant. They did most of the leg work, which is what I expected, and allowed me to take care of other things I needed to focus on.
Probably the worse attorney that they could have given me. I probably would have everything dropped on my own without spending the amount of money or time I used through this firm. The lack of communication is definitely an issue. I did not live in NC and I went to court just for them to say it was continued and I didn't even have to be there. This happened on several occasions. After my final hearing, I was never addressed with any issues or what was actually going on with my case. I finally got his attention while in court to go up and talk to him and all he said was pay this fine and everything will be good. I made sure to ask him that if I paid this, will it go on my background. He told me no. Low and behold, I apply for a job that does a background check and I get it back with those charges on it. Apparently, me paying the fine was me pleading guilty to something that I did not even do. Do I even need to talk about the front desk staff. They are beyond rude and if I come to you about a problem that I have, do not brush it off. I've called them multiple times just to get the run around. I don't even want to speak to you guys anymore, don't ask me what you can help me with because you're clearly no help at all. I understand that he has court and other cases, but when a load is too heavy, drop it. I shouldn't have to call and pester your front desk staff just to speak to you directly. I just need help and I'm not getting those answers through them.

I paid $ 850 bucks for a charge I didn't do in the first place, an I didn't Get none of my personal BELONGINGS from a _#@!!×/_<,, an Th ed n told me after he made me make a list of my stuff I wanted back from this Nasty mess Stupid girl.. I didnt get nothing but a headache, I personally hate this guy..He sucks with communication, I haired him..he should work for me not with the other person, or there lawyer, except about court stuff, he actually talked to the person that made me Spend 850.00.. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY..HE ONLY CARES ABOUT $$$$$
