This shop is likely the MOST well-equipped Smoke and Vape shop operating in the 'Accessible by MetroWest Boston/Northwest Boston' area. Just off of rt 3 North and rt. 95 North respectively. And Other than flavored Vape Oil *He carries NONE sadly. BUT 10more min. up rt.3 & ur in N.H.! #BlameTheGoverner boo boo boo! Now we all did what we could do! Yeah, other than that? He's Got EVERYTHING! And, all priced reasonably $ & sensibly - esp for retail merch. -Kratom -VAPE devices & TANKs by SMOK, GeekVape, etc.. -Dab Pens & Atomizers by Ijoy, YoCan, & 5 others I forgot to Remember! -Glass pipes for Adult THC use. -Hand-blown mini-glass pipes $4.99 & Up! I spent $65 and left with an armfull of clinking glass. Next time I'll remind him "Hey Ghandi!? Wrap that s**t in bubble-wrap! -don't make me start a Holy War with you dear Sir!" *He'll remember KevG that's 4 sure! BUT... I Come Through!!! I promised the Owner of Bells a 5-Star mention based upon KevG/Bentley University's "Doing it Right the 1st time" Philosophy. He's put up the Stock = $$$. So, let's clear him out as a reward+ $$$! You want an amazing Smoke Shop to shop at this Is the store. Gary Is awesome he walked me through a replacement dab pen. And we talked about other things as well he's definitely down to earth. And not some wannabe store owner looking to just take your money. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back. Thanks Again Gary!

Place is alright. Solid 3 out of 5. The two mem then own do not smoke. Therefore, if you purchase something and need to return a bubbler for unknown reasons t ok why it may not be working correctly, do not expect them to investigate. They have great product, just no experience. They should hire one guy to work that area. Place is sizable enough for another WITH experience.

Called to ask if they had a product available they said yes. Drove 15 min to shop to find they don't even carry that. Terrible customer service and a a dull cheep looking shop would not give my business to them. Go to Billerica smoke shop down the street they are amazing with great customer service! And actually check to see if things are in stock when you call. Unfortunately they are not open on holidays. Hence the reason I CALLED AHEAD to see if they had what I needed.

nice people but be careful to not get charged twice for a single purchase, by chance I noticed it on my bank statement, they weren't sure what happened and didn't have an answer, be careful

The best customer service from the two gentlemen that are in the place normally in a convenience store like that if you purchase something that's broken it's broken and you own it but they replace it for me and I was very grateful for that
