The owners and business itself I can’t sing enough praises for! They were always patient, kind, and understanding of any questions I had. My belongs were always protected and the prices were extremely manageable. Furthermore, even until moving my belongings out of storage the owners came to help and see that all my needs were met. Very helpful staff. They are always avaliable when i need them to be. Often times they go above and beyond for me and my company. I could not ask for more from this team. We have been customers for nearly a year and had zero issues from the facility or staff. If you need a great storage facility, this is it.

No issues with this place. I'll be using it from July 2016 until Feb 2017. I was able to quickly reserve a storage unit for a fair and decent price. I've never had any issues accessing my storage unit at any hour.

The place is secured, staff is amazing, and when I moved my stuff out because I finally got a home, they called me the same day to make sure I left my unit open on purpose, and something bad didn't happen.

I have been with them about a year now and i have no complaints. the service is grate they treat you with respect and understand you as that you are a person, not just a lot number. The management is very kind, respeful and patient, they go out of there way to make sure your stuff and you are safe and satisfied with your unit and if needed sit wit you to help you fully understand there policy and guidelines of your rental unit.

Quality you dont find anymore. One of the last in jacksonville to honor the relief act. If your military look no further.

The main gate was open, so anyone can get into the compound. Hopefully they fix this soon. Went Sunday morning
