What was the purpose of putting a sign on your door advising customers to call a phone number for service, if all you are going to tell them once they call is that "we're not currently keeping normal office hours and you should go somewhere else for service"? Also, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. I tried to support a local business but I was turned away because of their laziness. I guess, I will go to southern states to get my propane tanks filled from now on.

Consistently excellent customer service. I have always been able to get on the delivery schedule in a timely manner, sometimes even on the day I called as they deliver to my area twice per week. I highly recommend them. They've been our choice for the last 9 years when we moved to this area and they had previously delivered to the property we where we renting. When we purchased a home in the same area, I spoke with some other companies and quickly realized Bell Oil was my first choice.

Terrible customer service. I was trying to get my propane tanks refilled but I was told to go somewhere else. Why even bother putting a sign up asking people to call a phone number for service, if you're not going to provide any service. You should of just put up a sign stating you were currently closed because of covid-19. Like the other person stated I will go to southern states from now on, there cheaper anyways.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the phone was super rude and wouldn’t answer my questions because they claimed to be really busy.
