I loved all of my dresses I got through high school at Bella, they’re the best!

I got my prom dress from Bella boutique. While I was there it was the most welcoming atmosphere, and all of the girls helping were amazing. Olivia helped me find the perfect dress for my senior prom and I couldn’t be more happy.

They have a large selection of beautiful gowns and multiple  dressing rooms less waiting and excellent customer service.  The staff helped us find the perfect formal gown and we were very pleased with the quality of the gown.  I would highly recommend.

Absolutely no customer service. They refused to allow my daughter to try on a dress, suggested that she try on a less expensive one first. We left and will never be back. The real story is I didn't demand anything.  We were left standing for 10 minutes. The first girl we asked for help disappeared. I stated that I didn't know her size to the second girl. But, it's ok. We found a dress and have no need to come back.

This shop is way to small and has way too many dress racks for the space in herethe young ladies working there are very nice and helpful surprisingly for the chaos they endure on Saturdays. Dressing rooms are very small for a formal dress shop. It was so chaotic back there. My daughter did not have a good experience at all shopping for a prom dress here. If your child has any anxiety issues at all I suggest go elsewhere for your kids sake or avoid this shop on a busy Saturday. The dresses were nice but not the price they want for them nice! We found her dream dress at another dress shop in Knoxville that was at a much better shop with very nice new dresses and accessories and without the chaotic atmosphere.

For the reputation that this store has, I was caught off guard by the customer service or lack thereof. I came in looking for prom and cocktail dresses. When I walked in, one of the girls came to the front and asked what I was looking for. I showed her a picture of the dress and she helped me find a similar one in my size. I picked out a few other dresses by myself with hardly any interaction from the two employees. I went back to try on my dresses and the two employees sat on their phones outside of the changing room area. On of them sat on the floor. I felt so unwanted there that I did not even feel comfortable coming out of the dressing room to show my mom the dresses I was trying on. They were inattentive and we felt as if we were bothering them when we wanted to ask about a different size or color. Not to mention, we were the ONLY customers in the whole store. I was the only person trying on dresses and my mom stood outside of the changing room. I found a dress that I absolutely loved picture is attached but decided against getting it because of the horrible customer service. They lost out on a $659 sale. Do yourself a favor and go two stores down to Diana Warner for incredible customer service and a beautiful, timeless, extremely versatile collection of dresses.

I really hope to spare the customers that are planning to drive hours for their child to have an amazing “prom dress shopping” experience. Don’t be deceived by good social media marketing!!! Yes, they have doors on the dressing rooms & not curtains, but they are small.  We didn’t know who was an employee or a customer. When we asked about the dresses my daughter was actually looking for all they would tell us is, we don’t have any of them. They never said if we could order it or maybe even give us a different option. I know they are young employees & that’s wonderful but, they could at least greet your customers, assist them & answer questions. The lack of customer service & professionalism was ridiculous. If you know clients travel hours to patronize your business you would think you would want them to have an exceptional experience not a terrible one.

Formal wear for special events with an open floor selection of gowns incase you can't order last minute. The ladies that were working were very nice, helpful, not stuck up. The dress selection is pretty decent. Would recommend.

They were incredibly helpful and made my dress shopping experience so much more positive and comfortable!! The girls were amazing and so good at answering questions/ helping me find my dream dress!!

The girls at Bella are amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Malana and she helped me the entire time I was there. All the girls made me feel so comfortable and did whatever they could I to help me find my perfect dress!
