Ordered standing spray, casket spray, bouquet, and heart for a funeral. The flowers were absolutely stunning. We were blown away by the freshness, quality and color of the flowers. What we ordered was almost exact to what we saw online. Pricing was reasonable as well. THANK YOU!

I used Bella Fiori for my wedding flowers. My bouquet was very pretty but I was a little disappointed with there only being 4 roses and there wasn’t any hydrangea like I asked for. I did call multiple times to make sure we had the flowers correct so I’m not exactly sure what happened there. Overall it was beautiful, but I would have liked a few more roses and the hydrangea put in there like we had discussed. Edit: white mums are pictured but unfortunately no hydrangea.
I never leave reviews but I have to this time! I ordered the Lovely Luxe Bouquet from Teleflora online flowers last night for my anniversary. I get me wife flowers every year, among other things. However, the flowers of course came from a local florist, which was Bella Fiori in New Lenox, IL. I have been buying flowers for decades, and in all my years I have never seen a more beautiful buquet! EVER! Seriosuly, these are gorgous, and the pics dont do them justice!
This Florist is awesome ! I ordered a plant basket for my friends birthday on the website it is called “Plants Galore” - I live in Florida and my friend in New Lenox, Il she loved the plant arrangement and the picture she sent me it was a gorgeous arrangement!! I would definitely use this Florist again. Great customer service as well! Very friendly and kept in touch with me. Thank you for your great service

First time ordering flowers here and I had a wonderful experience. The person on the phone taking my order was very pleasant and very helpful. I let the shop design the bouquet and when I went in to pick it up, it exceeded my expectations! Absolutely beautiful! This will be my go to florist from now on.
