Bella Fontana is a wonderful day spa! They have a multitude of services and the staff is highly trained. I’ve had facials, massages, manicures, and pedicures. All are top notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They also have a lot of staff so they have openings last minute, which is nice if you’re needing a service in a pinch. Highly recommend!
I used to love this place for their hairstylists, but after being bullied into a haircut I will not be back. I kept asking for it to be shorter and instead of doing what I asked the stylist told me if I wanted to be able to put it in a ponytail, it had to stay this length. The nail tech overheard our conversation and agreed with the stylist saying I wouldn't like it that short. I left the building crying because my haircut was not what I wanted and it was still too long after asking 3 times to go shorter. To that stylist amd nail tech, I went elsewhere, paid 75% less and got the haircut I wanted AND IT STILL GOES INTO A PONYTAIL.
Got a massage and a facial done by Caroline. She was amazing! Will definitely be back, and for sure using her again! Thank you!! Very nice facility!
Erin really killed it with my nails! She was really awesome and gentle with my nails. I truly couldn’t be happier with the end result!
My eyelash extensions experience was a total fail, from having to get them fixed before I left my spa day bc they did them as the first service negatively impacting my hair and massage appt, to the fact that this same eye had ALL of the lashes fall out after less than 48 hours no rubbing, no water, just poor application or poor glue. I had to use toner to remove the other eye lashes such a waste bc I couldn't go to work with just one eye done. I'll find another lash bar. My haircut was a hugely missed opportunity of my relaxing self love self care day. Because of not wanting to get my eyelashes wet, they didn't even spray my hair with water or make multiple parts. Just took my hair out of the braid, one part, and a dry trim. I'm low maintenance with my hair but not that low. I had even joked about how I usually trim it myself and wanted the professional experience- and it was less effort than I would have given myself at a home trim. This by itself wouldn't have been worthy of a review if I wasn't so disappointed in my eyelashes. The humans here are really nice. I've tried two different days, and bc this spa is in Denison I'll still likely go back again driving to Frisco or McKinney for everything is exhausting. Maybe I could have spoken up more, but I wasn't trying to be taken as some hostile Karen, so I smiled and made the best of it. They've got low prices which is why I lined up so many services, but maybe I shouldn't have expected the same experience I would have gotten at a day spa in the city that would have cost me more than double what I paid here. The massage was great. As was my brow wax. I've heard from others also that massage is consistent and great. Give them a try, speak up and be very clear with what you want or don't want, and make sure if you line up several services in a day you talk through with scheduling so it all makes sense. Here's to future opportunities for a more pleasant experience.
Clean ! Did an amazing job ! Did what i wanted perfectly
I've been twice. Ashley is precious. She waxed my whole face wonderfully and she's sooo sweet. Amanda did my nails. I've been getting acrylics and dips for 25 years and this was the cleanest and healthiest service I've ever had. She had a cool color one of the techs mixed. Plus she's funny as heck. I do wish they had more dip color options though.
Bella Fontana is where its at. I had my first visit today. I got the red carpet package as a gift for christmas. So today was the day. I LOVED IT! Staff is amazing and very good at all they do. They make sure your visit is perfect and well worth your money. I Will definitely be back Ladies! Y'all rock!
My go-to place, excellent service, pedi, wax & hair.
