I was given a gift certificate for this spa and I waited too long to use it. I regularly get my nails done elsewhere. But I got a manicure and pedicure here and oh boy it ruined me for mani/pedi's anywhere else. It's just as relaxing as getting a massage. The nail room is so quiet, beautiful and clean! They dim the lights just like a massage room but there's lots of candles and pretty decor and curtains so you feel secluded. The loungers lean back and they give you a heated eye mask and neck wrap. And they massage your feet for MOST of the pedicure. It's like almost every part is done with massage. It felt soooo good. They have so many options for polish. I loved it here. I want to do this every week now. I love that they don't make you feel like you have to have a conversation. They just let you relax and I felt so rejuvenated and rested afterwards. This is my place...from now on. Esly is so sweet and gentle. Book her!
First time here today and loved it! Came in for manicure and pedicure with Jen and it was great. Lots of color choices for both gel and regular nails. Full spa pedicure experience with foot soak, scrub and massage. Nail area is small and private in the back of the spa. Nice waiting area as well. Great experience and will definitely be back! 5/17/23 - looks like there has been a change here. The prior nail techs have been replaced and the new girl I saw today seems inexperienced. Service was slow. It seems like they are trying to transition to a higher-end spa, but they don't quite have the process down. The nail room has been repainted, but there are noticeable spots that were missed, giving the room a cheap feeling. There is also a security camera trained on the two stations, so not sure if there has been theft or what, but not a calming/relaxing vibe. It seems that talking is no longer allowed in the nail room and the tech barely whispered to give me instructions. She did my manicure first, which was mostly fine. I'm not sure why they don't use a bowl of water to soak hands and then wash off the sugar scrub..... the spray bottle technique seems awkward as she is literally washing my hands with a spray bottle onto a towel on the station, getting the table wet. She was pretty rough on my cuticles, stabbing them with a wooden stick, and then again on my toes. Overall I thought the process was just okay, lacked the high-end service of the nicer day spas, and wasn't worth the price. I'm also curious where the previous nail techs have gone as they were better and more fun - great to chat with. I don't think I'll return to Bella Mer based on this experience.
Oh my goodness!! If you want a great relaxing, tranquil spa service in a beautiful quiet setting... Bella Mer is Amazing! I have gone in the past and had April no longer there do a pedicure. I had Samantha one of the owners do a Jasmine pedicure yesterday and it was so wonderful!! If you want a great service of being pampered this is your place!!!
Wow ! This day spa is beautiful… calming, quiet, serene atmosphere and beautifully decorated. My pedicure given by Kaila was truly the best I’ve had in a long time. She was gentle and thorough. I’m very picky about my pedicures and she met all my expectations … I highly recommend her and will be back soon!
I love Kaila! She has always been amazing. She listens to what I’m wanting and is incredibly caring/considerate of my needs. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and my hubby is not one for rubbing feet. Kaila takes her time and really does an amazing job on my pedicures! I truly can not go anywhere else!
Bel Mer exceeded my expectations! I booked a Citrus Cardamom Pedicure Ritual pedicure for two for my sister and I and we were blown away with the service. Kayla was so gentle and attentive that I almost fell asleep while she worked on my feet. I was so relaxed, and felt so pampered that I booked myself a facial for 2 days later. The Copacabana facial with Dominique was equally fantastic! It was my first time having dermaplaning and it was well worth the add on!
What a clean, comfortable, professional atmosphere! The staff is kind and attentive. I recieved a relaxing theraputic massage from Adrianna and beautiful comfortable Jasmine timberose pedi from Kaila. I've visited this Spa many times and never leave disappointed. I've also had facials, lashes, and microblading from Robin and have enjoyed it all. I'm always so sad when my service is over! So thankful for a classy spa/salon in Bella mer!
The Bell Mer Day Spa exceeded all my expectations! My pedicure with Esly was pure bliss, and my facial with Hannah was outstanding. I have never been so relaxed or felt so pampered! I was very impressed with all the products and techniques that were used. I loved the serene décor and the professionalism from all of the staff.
Loved my pedicure by Kaila! She is very experienced and detailed. The spa experience was impressive, very quiet, relaxing and clean. Highly recommend
Adrianna was amazing! Not only did she listen to how I like my massages but offered the dry brushing and worked on my sciatica which had been bothering me since Sunday. I slept great and I am excited for my next visit with Adrianna!
