The pro is that the interior is fairly good. The con are that there is a huge roach problem. They will tow your car. Then say that they didn't see your sicker, and the office doesn't do anything. They do a terrible job fixing your apartment if they get around to fix it when something breaks, then they charge you for literally everything when you move out and all your deposit gets used. They also break in the cars a lot. Rent here at your own risk!
We’ve lived here for a year, it’s the cheapest place around. The inside is nice and updated but there is definitely a roach problem. We’ve tried everything and we are very clean people. The plumbing sucks we had to buy an auger because we were tired of asking maintenance to fix it every other week. There is no parking, when I work a late shift and I would come home I would have to park on the other side of the complex and was scared to walk to my own apartment. We also got towed because of a miscommunication between the staff and had to pay a lot of money that we didn’t even have. Staff doesn’t really seem to care about problems. Prices to do laundry keeps going up so we have to do it elsewhere. It’s pretty cheap for what you’re getting honestly, the neighbors also don’t care if you’re sleeping or not they will be loud regardless but that’s not the complex’s fault
I can see nothing has changed since we left… was just reviewing my credit report. Next year I will be done with these people. I refuse to pay them a dime. I had 3 kids and Kelly along with some others were terrible. They could care less about quality. It had roaches 13 years ago. I was there for 6 years and managed to keep the bugs out. Water would get cut off without notice and yes inspections because people complain about the conditions. My ac was broken and it was sweltering. There was a fire in front of my apt and smoke went into my apt w a newborn think they offered a safer area to reside? No.Save your time, it will end up costing you in the end. I’m glad to be far away from these people they’re the worst. Do NOT RENT HERE.
Honestly, I'm only staying here because it's affordable at this point. So many inspections have happened within the year I've stayed here. I've never had a complex management in my apartment so much. They've enter without my permission, which they have said they left a notice, and no. I check the damn door just in case everyday because I'm used to these inspections at this point. Its an open parking lot at this point, the gates are never shut and now they have installed surveillance cameras at the entrances. The cops are always here. At first, i raved about this place. It's beautiful. Appearances are deceiving, I guess. It used to be no guess parking, but since the gates allow anyone it's a free for all for parking. They've towed my car and we had to get it back, and I still don't understand why-- management said one reason and the tow company said a totally different. It is what it is. I'm not leaving yet, but counting down until I can find something better. Overall, location is fine. UPS DOES NOT DELIVER here. Office staff is mediocre, nothing special.
I lived there from March 2015 to December 2015 and I paid $800 monthly for a 1 bedroom. I had a good experience. No bug problems inside and maintenance never took longer than 3 days to come by. The only thing I really had a problem about is on my move out date they wouldn't allow me to do the walk through inspection with them and in result I only got about $230 back from my $800 deposit and when I say I left that apartment just about spotless! That was my biggest issue.
DO NOT move here, really, really ghetto. Kids running wild screaming all day and until 12 at night, super loud rap music from cars and stereos, shady characters and people shouting all the time, overall terrible. Car stolen twice even with the "gate" constantly open. Really please for your sake just move to San Bernardino, cheaper and just as bad.
We moved in since April of 2014, and had issue with bugs. The office told us if we had that issue, report it and they will send someone to spray. They would only spray on the outside of the building, never inside where the bugs are in. The new managers are RUDE! ever since they remolded the outside of the building, the insides stayed the same. There starting to let rude ass people move in with here children that bully other kids here, a lot of families moved out because of that. There are always people parking in the carports and smoking weed, Even through out the whole complex, cant even have your windows open because you always get the smell of weed coming through. Bella Park Apartments, is not a place to move into especially if you have kids, take them some where else not here, it's worth paying the extra.
This is the worst place to live in, I have been here 4 months, and the hot water has gone out 3 times. Nobody seems to care about it at maintenance, since it takes them hours to actually come out and fix it. Not to mention how loud and ghetto it is. The front gate is always breaking down too, so you can't even come in or get out. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move out.
I've been here since 2012 and have to admit the only problem I had was the people can be ghetto but as long as the complaint is legit something does happen to the tenants...It went from Quail Ridge to Bella Park in the past couple years and changes for the better...No infestation at all..they have pest control come every Monday to spray and leave traps throughout the complex, maintenance is round the clock especially in emergencies, Pool is opened during office hours because people can be irresponsible and they don't take of nothing, we have security drive around during the night, they offer after school programs for your kids, parking stickers only for your car up to date on its registration and insurance under your name, oh and paid trash, gas, and water...I love my hot showers...Downfall, some ghetto people after hours, once in a while they need to do maintenance if a water heater breaks downwhich is very few times since I been here!! and you can't keep your patio cluttered with your stuff to maintain people being ghetto...all around great apt. Let them know I referred you!!! Lol it's a good apartment..
They don’t care about the people living here. Cameras don’t work. People will steal the stuff you have on the balcony, steal your clothes from the laundry, break into your car, and Bella Park doesn’t care. Terrible roach problem. The security doesn’t do anything. PLEASE DONT RENT HERE.
