This Walmart is very clean, stocked and has good variety of merchandise. Staff is helpful & friendly. Prices are good. Produce is generally ok, though not always the freshest. Nice supply of fishing & outdoor goods.

No cashiers, but they pay someone to check your receipt, to check if you stole through self checkout.but no employee discount My favorite thing though is the locked dual packs of headlight bulbs, even though the single packs of the same product remain unlocked and easier to conceal. I have to wait 10 minutes to get some one to unlock the bulbs while a thief would have stolen the singles or simply ripped the cardboard package to take it off the hook.

Dirty and extremely messy store, never enough employees to keep a department tidy!! Many items not in the right spot, so you have to hunt down an employee to know the price! It's not a shoppers job to install an app on their phone and find the price themselves.  These issues have been going on for years. Is it ,Bad, overpaid store managers?? Also, low quality employees gather in isles gossiping about managers and other employees! HELLO! I CAN HEAR YOU!  SO, It's refreshing when you find an employee that is working, and also helpful! They are rare and hard to find. A little professionalism is needed!

Muskego Walmart is one of the most organized and cleanest stores I've been to. I'll go out of my way to shop here. The customer service is great. I had an issue with an item and they helped me return it with no fuss. Online ordering has been great too. Our order is always ready to be picked up.

I have waited over 24 hours for what was supposed to have been an Express delivery. The lame excuse given is there were no drivers available. I live less than 3 miles away. It could have been a drop off on the way to another delivery!! I have a hard time getting around that’s why I depend on deliveries. Walmart just lost my business. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of one is that when I called their customer service I got pretty decent call backs

I ordered something to be picked up on black Friday. A hour or so went by and it was canceled. I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped by. Turns out they had two on hand. TWO ON HAND. How can my order get canceled when you have two on hand. When I ordered one hours before. I understand it's Black Friday.  The walmart associates are tired and they want to go home,but come on. One thing. Only one thing you had to grab.

No people to check you out and ONLY TWO self check outs and no one will help you and all snotty teenagers with bad attitudes and lazy but they think they should get 25 bucks an hour. I don't think so.  It's OK Woodman's will be happy to have our business.

I needed to buy a service plan card for my Straight Talk phone, so I went back to the electronics department to get one. I waited at the counter for a few minutes and didn't see any employees, so I wandered around the back area of the store hoping to find someone who worked back there or could call someone who did, but I didn't find anyone. There was another gentleman waiting there as well. I decided just to take it up to the front to pay for it. I rang it up at the self checkout and then attempted to pay for it using a gift card, but it wouldn't let me. Also would not let me use Walmart pay even though I have used both of these payments methods before to pay for my phone card. The woman working the self checkouts told me I couldn't use a gift card even though I knew I could. So I went back to electronics to try paying for it there. It took me 15 minutes to find someone who could call the person working in that area. Once he got there, I was able to pay for my phone card with no issue, and he was unsure why it didnt work up front. He did apologize for the trouble and the wait.  I normally have a good experience with this store location, shelves typically decently stocked, most products I need are available. But getting help when needed here seems to be an ongoing issue.

They claim they deposit checks of all different sizes for a small fee. After my fourth attempt to cash a check from everything from Starbucks to personal checks, and being denied all cleared with no problem after I left this f@$&ing Walmart, they are absolutely lying. They do not cash checks.

Dear Muskego Walmart: We we're told that you have six scooters for your disabled customers to use, but only two are currently in service. We waited for 30 minutes and we still weren't able to get a scooter, so I wasn't able to shop, today.  This isn't the first time this has happened in the past five weeks. I'm hoping you'll get additional scooters for disabled individuals that really need them. Most people don't realize how incredibly important these mobile devices are for so many people.
