Always a pleasure to spend time beautifying at Bella Rinova. I had an updo with Alma for a gala, and she did a gorgeous style to suit my dress and makeup for the evening. This was one of the most exhilarating experiences I’ve ever received at a salon. From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out the exquisite professional customer service was provided. All souls that decorate Bella Rinova are so sweet. This was my transformation and Reece made me love myself more with my cut, color and style he gave. This Salon is amazing! It was my first time there. As I was walking up, my stylist, Turk Inan was already waiting for me! The Salon was beautiful and relaxing. Staff was nice and friendly and Turk was amazing. I told him what I wanted, and he delivered. If you are looking for a stylist, I highly recommend Turk. He did an amazing job on my hair, gave me exactly what I wanted. I love my hair! Thank you Turk!

The salon is extremely beautiful, clean, and well organized. My hairdresser Kevin is an absolute master at his work and took the time to do my hair for me. Also, I got a polish change by Jackie and she is a very talented nail artist. I will definitely be back in the future!
Amazing from start to finish! Mari was exceptional! When I said I wanted to be super blond, but still natural and not much blond.. she didn’t even flinch. This review is solely based on a phone interaction. Customer service was brutally terrible. Rude and impatient. Otherwise work that I’ve seen online is impeccable. First impression based of phone call makes me not want to go. However, what I’ve seen on social media makes me look past this issue. As an Aesthetic Nurse that provides services. Positive Customer service is always a core value. Disappointed on the way this representative handled her customer service.
