I have been a stylist for 16 years and I can honestly say I LOVE MY JOB!!!
Iv been working as an independent contractor hair stylist at Michael Anthony's hair salon for 5 years now and have been a stylist for 16 years. I can honestly say I love my career and my clients. Through the years I have had the privilage to work and be educated by some of the top companies in the industry including Artex, Redkin, Logics/Matrix ,Aveda and Loreal Professional. Since I was a child, I have always had interest in hair, probably due to the fact that my mom was in the industry for over 40 years.. I take great pride in my work and I love that in my career I have the ability to be creative. I get great pleasure in meeting new people and having them give me the opportunity to create and make a whole new look for them! The reward for me is the look on their faces of happiness that in some way I made a difference in their day just by making them look and feel good. I dont look at my customers as "clients", but as friends and family, that I have been honored to have them follow me through the years. I service people of all ages, men and women and though I enjoy all services of hair, color is by far my favorite and my specialty. I currently work part time so that I could have the pleasure of being home with my children. Now that they are in school I am looking to go full force in the industry and grow friendships and family...........
