Description

Bella Rose is a Southern down-home, family owned women's boutique that opened in Edgewater Mall in Biloxi in August 2011. We opened our second location in July 2015 in Bridgewater Shopping Center in Gulfport, MS. We offer apparel, shoes, jewelry, handbags, and so much more! We enjoy attending Apparel Market year-round to stay on top of new trends, and one-of-a-kind items. We strive to provide our customers with the best selection of women's boutique clothing at affordable prices and most importantly, customer service.

A bit overpriced. Other than that they have super cute stuff and habe friendly staff
They advertise clothes for bigger women, but when you walk in there, it's very hard to find anything. What's more so is there's absolutely nobody to help you, or to even ask questions of. It was a very unenjoyable experience and not one I care to repeat! Especially with it being the holiday season, you should have been all over people like white on rice in order to get them to buy products in your store. However, there was not one person in sight to even ask a question of!
This place is a scam. Was sold a gift card and went to use it and couldn’t. Was told they don’t take those gift cards anymore. Ok well maybe refund the money??
My daughter and I have shopped here for years. No more. I never had a return before so was surprised to learn of their No Return Policy. The register worker pointed out the sign on the counter where you put your purse and purchases while checking out. I did not have time to shop today and just wanted a refund on my debit card. The worker continued to rattle on about the NO RETURN policy so I said it's ok I'll give it to my daughter. She stated GREAT! while shoving the dress back in the bag. I decided to keep it hanging in my closet with the tags still on,front and center, to remind me not ever to shop here again.
Thank you Madison Amos for helping me find the perfect shoes and dress for a wedding I attended. I would have never found something if it was not for Madison. Bella Rose you did such a great job in hiring her. She is a keeper for sure.
I love shopping Bella Rose boutique every time I visit Biloxi, so this time I was just in disbelief that no one cared to greet me or simply acknowledge me at all in the store. The store was not busy at all there may have been one other customer in the store the whole 20 minutes I was in the store. I crossed paths & made eye contact with 2 employees several times in the store & not once did anyone ask did I need help. I didn’t care to make any purchase after receiving poor customer service .
Madi was a huge help to us on our quest to find matching speedos. She was kind, respectful, attentive, engaging, and we did not have a single dull moment in our brief time at the store. The other girls were fun and fanatic. The overall customer service was impeccable and wayyyy better than the trifling experience at Golden Corral.
This is my favorite boutique in the world, no lie. They have always had the best prices on items and the best sales holiday sales and blowout sales, you can always count on fast shipping as well. I have never been disappointed while shopping with Bella Rose.
i love shopping in the store so much, most of my clothes come from there. usually there is amazing customer service and most of my friends that work there always help. then i came in on december 19th, and had the worst experience. one of the workers i recently had an argument with out of the store tried getting me kicked out of the store and told a very nice lady that i was taking pictures of her when i was not, and never would. makes me not want to go back…at all. if name is needed, i will definitely give it because it’s apparently happened more than once.
I came in today to find a nice dress, I liked one on the higher shelf so I asked a worker if she could get it for me and she asked me what size I would like and I told her I’m not sure. She told me she would get me a medium and large and I told her no I would just like the medium and she then said “are you sure?” in the most rude way as if I couldn’t fit a medium. How are you going to tell me what size I am? Not only was I embarrassed, but I was also hurt and angry. Customer service sucks. I DO NOT recommend coming here. She was very unprofessional.
