I cannot recommend this establishment, due to quality of goods. I purchased a pair of $125 shoes, along with a mirror compact here. Upon getting ready for the evening I put on the shoes to wear and the leather loop that holds the shoes together broke within five minutes of wearing them inside of my hotel room only. To further my disappointment, when i open the mirror compact I purchased, It was entirely scratched up. On our last day, upon checking out from the hotel, we figured in time to stop by the store return both of the items I had my receipts, original packaging etc. I stopped by the store at 10:45 AM. Note, the stores hours are listed as 10 AM to 11 PM. The store was not open, although there was a employee inside, she came to the door and explained that she could not open the register yet. Because we had a flight to make and we’re on a time schedule we could not wait around to make this return before leaving town. I do not appreciate being out $159 for two damaged items. I would hope that both hotel management and store management can reach out and address this.
Extremely rude staff. I went in there ready to buy a few pair of shoes. The snotty women would not even approach me, despite asking for assistance. Clearly they were too busy talking with their friends. Literally felt a little like Julia Roberts. If only they knew I had just one a few grand. Your store’s loss. Please take your business elsewhere.
Just purchased a pair of sandals from Bella Scarpa in Mandalay Hotel for $50 which was supposedly 30% off. Went home and googled these shoes and saw them online for $22 Don't bother. Prices are hiked up for obvious reasons.
Has very nice high heel shoes! Would definitely recommend!
