This is a great little library, especially for kids. They have story times every week for pre school age and a separate one for older kids. It includes songs, reading and a craft. It’s perfect and so fun. The kids area is great and has lots of activities puzzles, legos, etc in addition to a great selection of books. Sometimes the adult section doesn’t have newer books but for the most part they have almost everything you look for! The staff is kind and helpful.
Recently moved to Bella Vista and cannot begin to articulate how above and beyond this hidden gem of a library truly is. A staff that will go above and beyond to make sure you have anything you might need at your fingertips. Had to call to get a walk through of remote library apps. Was up and running in less than 60 seconds. Support Bella Vista Library!
Super helpful and friendly staff! Had a great experience. Just printed off some papers, but it was a very easy process and I could tell the library had good systems in place made to make things easier for the public. I have visited this library for several years now and have seen some wonderful improvements!
Fantastic little library. Great selection of books. You can even check out fishing rods and metal detectors! The ladies who work here are extremely nice. I couldn't be happier to have this as my hometown library!
The staff go above and beyond to create fun, enriching children’s programs. The library is inviting and surrounded by the most lovely gardens and forest scenery. We are grateful for this Bella Vista treasure!

I really like this place. I have always enjoyed spending time at libraries and this is by far the most comfortable and welcoming one I've ever visited. They have books, movies, music, fishing poles, Lego tables, a telescope, puzzles, tackle kits and probably a lot of stuff I haven't even found yet. All of the librararians are very sweet and helpful. This is the epitome of what a library should be and Ben Franklin would bawl like he just watched The Office series finale if he could see what the Bella Vista Public Library has done with his idea of sharing books. Keep up the fantastic work!
Cool place, helpful employees. Added a very nice children's area. Offer lots of events.
I am impressed with the kid-friendliness of this little library in Bella Vista, a city that is 50% senior citizens. The employees really make an effort to make even the littlest ones feel welcome here. There's a great children's area. They offer in-library access to Ancestry as well as other programs. They have a storytime for kids on Fridays and a popular homeschool art class once a month. Bella Vista Public Library is a little gem.
