Absolutely disgusting. Everything was dry and nasty. The pictures and videos are one hour and a half after getting them home. The strawberry icing had zero flavor and we didn’t even taste the other items. Gross!! Will not be giving them another chance. What a rip off!!!

It had been an overwhelming and very sad month for my little cousin so we decided to throw her a last minute graduation project and were in a very tight budget. When she called over the phone she communicated the budget and the lady on the phone in addition to the baker did their best to fit as much as possible into this cake and staying within the budget. When I picked up the cake, it was done by the pick up time they stated, the staff was incredibly nice, they showed us the cake before boxing it to ensure everything was good. It was supposed to be a 20 people cake and let me tell you this cake was huge and fed well over 20. It tasted delicious the fruits were amazing. We added a few grad decor at home and the cake looked beautiful.. perfect! Thank you to the staff and baker for making this girl’s graduation party a possibility and a complete success. Will continue to use your services and will refer you to all of our friends and family!!!

Cupcakes were small for the price. Frosting was super sugary and tasted like store bought. Some of the cupcakes were smaller than the paper cupcake cups they were in. Overall not worth the price. I’m very disappointed in everything overall. I paid 40$ for 12 cupcakes that I could have made from a box from the store and they would have tasted better. Don’t waste your money.

Amazing place, freshly made, tastes delicious at a very good price. I would definitely order from them again for any upcoming occasions. We ordered 1/2 birthday cake and was made exactly as we requested, tasted great. We also tried some of the pastries they were awesome. Definitely a must try place. You save some more money if you pay with cash.

Every pastry made with love. I have ordered two cakes from this bakery and I find myself going back for more. Undeniably a bakery that that shows care and love of its customer through the flavor and detail of every one of its pastries. At first I was extremely disappointed in the bakery. I had ordered a cake 2 weeks ago and then called the bakery on the day I was supposed to pick it up to ensure it was ready. When I got to the bakery, not only was it not ready but they had lost my order. This bakery bent over backwards to make it right. I paid for a 5 layer cake and they made me a 6 layer cake and then delivered it free of charge. I am thoroughly impressed with them and will use them again.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries on Saturday for Father’s Day Sunday 06/19/2023 via phone and paid for the order in advance. I asked the gentleman who took my order their closing time on Sunday and was told 8pm. Next day I went to pick up the Order around 6:30-7pm and found out they were closed. I checked online and it stated 5pm. I called them today, spoke to the same gentleman who agreed he made a mistake and will refund the money and placed me on a brief hold. A co-worker of his came on the phone and practically told me it’s my fault that I didn’t call. I explained to her why would I call if I had already placed the order and was told the shop closes at 8pm. She kept arguing with me and was extremely rude and would not refund the money. I asked her to provide me her name and she wouldn’t. I’ve been ordering cakes and strawberries from them for years and have always paid in advance and always picked them up. I’m absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service they provided me and will never go back there again! Absolutely pathetic! It’s not the customers fault if an employee of the business provides incorrect information. Instead of blaming the customer maybe train your employees and make sure they have the correct information and accept when they’re wrong.

Bellash bakery has amazing pastries and exceptional customer service. I ordered a cake for my brothers baby shower, the fondant bear fell on the way home. I called the bakery and the owner herself offered to stay after closing to fix it. The cake was back to its original amazing form. Thank you so much for always providing the best desserts and service !

Horrible red velvet cupcakes. The cream cheese frosting tasted like a watered down vanilla frosting. Also ordered rainbow cookies and they said they were in the back. Got home and they were not the traditional New York rainbow cookies. Like they were literally frosted hard dry shortbread cookies with a rainbow sprinkle. But on their website is labeled as the traditional rainbow cookies. How do you get that mixed up???? I’m so irritated. And now my stomach hurts from the red velvet I tried to salvage This place sucks.
