We had the best, classic French dinner this evening. What a surprise to find this hidden spot we hadn't noticed before. French sauces are delicious and the meals were cooked perfectly. Service was personable too. Try the creme brulee... was the best we have had in some time.

The lamb chops were heavenly. Pork chops were awesome as well. We also had the duck which was just as heavenly as the lamb. If u r in Breckenridge u have to have a date night here. Richard made the whole experiance magical. Don't forget the Creme Brulee which is heavenly also.

The food was ok but nothing exceptional. Staff was friendly but a bit too chatty for my taste. The only notable thing was a little boy greeting us at arrival and showing us out table.

Excellent service and authentic food. Foie Gras, Steak Tartare, Canard and Escargot to name a few. Owner is from Nice, France can't get anymore authentic than that. Make sure to end it all with the decadent pot de creme.

Our family ate here tonight and we were greeted so wonderfully by the hostess/server. She explained the menu to us very well and was even patient with us practicing our french with her. Every dish we ate from the warm baguette to the desserts was excellent. The price can be a bit more than some of the taverns in town but for the quality and authenticity of food, ambiance, and the excellent, personable service, it is well worth it.

My wife and I love this cozy French restaurant! We always stop by for dinner when we are in Breckenridge. Food is always cooked to perfection. We love the lamb chops and scallops. Be aware that everything is ordered a la carte and food comes out as they are ready not all at once. A bit pricey but the food is always fresh with amazing flavors. Definitely a must-try if you want something special other than burger and pizza. Don't let the other 1 star review fool you. Staffs are always friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate that the chef comes out to greet and make sure everything is perfect.

The cheese board was amazing. We also enjoyed the rabbit sausage/stew and it was phenomenal. Great sparkling options. I was taken a back by the red wine. We each order a glass $16 and $18, but was not thrilled with either high acidity and tight- tannic!

This was simply the best culinary experience I have ever had in Summit County. If you want to be stripped away to a different land for a true French culinary journey, Belle V is the place. The food and drinks were superb, but the ambiance, music and incredible owners really make this place shine like a night in Bordeaux!

An excellent atmosphere, with a knowledgeable staff, and a superb wine selection. The food is truely amazing, reminding us of our visits to southern France in a way that can not be expressed. The Sommelier simply ordered our food for us, much to our delight, and paired everything with the excellence of a master. The plates are small and we were encouraged to share; which not only enhanced the authenticity, but allowed us to experience a far greater variety of cuisine. All in all I'd highly recommend Belle V, not only for the outstanding fare, but also for the exceptional ambience.

We loved this classic restaurant with deliciously prepared French food. Go here if you want to take your time to soak in amazing cuisine. They were able to accommodate for our dietary restrictions and make great wine recommendations. Thanks, Richard!
