Rosemary is a very rude individual and should not be a receptionist. The health center was a much more warm place before she was hired, definitely missing the old one. Everytime I call, without fail, she has the worst attitude. Always messes up the appointments as well. I'm not the only one experiencing this either, I have a few friends who also go here and have all said the exact same thing.
Just moved here from New Brunswick. Was looking to get my six month old baby his vaccines. This place is supposed to cater to people that are new to the area with no family doctor, as per their website. I was told I'd have to wait 4 years to get the 6 month vaccines.... Then was told too bad and good luck finding someone. What kind of response is that as a facility that is supposed to be looking after someone's well being? Mind blown that the person I was talking to could be be so rude and no help at all...
I have N.P Mcdonald,this lady is kind considerate and thorough,takes the time to listen to her patients.I consider myself very lucky to have her for all my medical issues
