This is crazy! I helped my sister move in recently and I must say: IM DISAPPOINTED! The counter tops were painted green, the carpet was old, in style and the shelving systems was full of dust and crud! She literally waited THREE addition weeks for the apartment to be “ready” and it wasn’t even up to par!! Lord fix it!
Very Unprofessional, I did my application & called and called to make sure I have everything in so my application could be processed. The lady told me she had everything and I was good , they me a move in date and everything which had to get switched because the apartment I was supposed to move into floor caved in .. I was moving from another state , I quit my job , gave them my deposit as well as my current housing complex , I gave them my 30 days .. just for Belleville to tell me my application isn’t finished and they have to collect some more information.. I don’t recommend this apartment complex .. it is very unprofessional!!
Very unprofessional, the management is horrible, I was told to pay a bill that had a negative effect on my credit report and I did. I was told to get custody papers, ssn's the works so I did. Then I was told I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath at the end of January. 1 month goes by and I get a call from them telling me they needed to speak to my mother mother's landlord just because I put it down as my mailing address. I was not on my mother's lease there for what information could they possibly need from my mother's landlord? My little girl was so excited to have her own room and it was all taken away because they couldn't talk to my mother's landlord!
Very poorly taken care of. The apartment they gave me was dirty when I moved in, leaky faucets and stuff stuck to the tile that I couldn't remove. I called about an ant problem and they said they would have someone out to spray and bait. Never happened. They said they do monthly pest control and appliance checks and again, not once has my apartment been inspected. I moved out after only a month and a half. I complained 3 times about a marijuana smell coming from my neighbors and they didn't take care of the problem until I told them I was terminating my lease. Claimed to be income based yet charged me way more than my income was. I would not recommend this place.
Just Moved In & I Love It. From The Apartment To Management. Everyone Is So Nice & Any Lil Inconvenience, They Are Right On It & Fixes It. 10/10
