Supporting Our Community Hospital. The Belleville General Hospital Foundation is a charitable organization whose mission is to develop friends of the hospital to help meet the continuing financial challenges for purchasing equipment for better health care.

Terrible wait times. Staff as helpful as they can be. Sometimes dismissive of patients who have been difficult. Patience sometimes wears thin but extra effort for those who are suffering and upset due to wait times, mental health or even those suffering with addiction issues deserve a bit better concern than what I have witnessed.

Went to BGH emergency department. Triage nurse Kathleen and ER nurse Emily were both super kind, friendly, compassionate and helpful. Had a very nice talk with Crisis staff Amber who was exceptional and very understanding as well. The initial wait after triage was virtually nonexistent as were seen immediately. The wait for the ER Dr was somewhat lengthy as expected. Tests were done to check what was up and took a while again to get the test results from the ER Dr but all in all a good experience. All round good care was provided and we were pleased with our visit...... despite the atrocious price for parking!!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. First time at this hospital and wasn't sure where I was going. Had several staff members ask if they could help direct me so huge shout out to them

Couldn't get better care. Alaka, my RN was just fantastic, so pleasant, helpful, informative and most caring !

Took my husband for treatment at Belleville General. Staff are very polite and quick to take him in. Very clean. Thank you health care workers.

Staff were super friendly the last couple of visits. This was despite them being clearly under staffed and over worked. Thank you to the folks that clearly care.

Not enough spaces for visitors parking! Today they ruthlessly put penalty notices to cars that were legitimately in the paid spaces but because of lack of spaces, they were just outside of the parking bays without blocking anyone.

Excellent help with directions to icu.  both times here, a  doctor or nurse came in the room and explained our relatives status and also answered our questions

The nurses care about those who are serious about getting better... now if only the doctors would take a minute to show some concern and compassion by actually listening to their patients.. you don't know everything. Overall the hospital is good

Ì found that the staff was fairly helpful. They were polite and answered  my Questions quickly and clearly.
