I recently purchased a Milwaukee M12 set from Bellevue builders. When purchased it looked like someone pulled the box apart used the drill once and returned. I purchased the set noticed the box was taped closed and was skeptical. Upon further inspection of the box and its contents noticed it was missing a battery and the drill was scuffed and dirty. Unfortunately it was the only one they had in stock so I stuck with it and I also wanted to support local business. I called and talked to Nick the manager who was extremely polite and was unbelievably good at customer service and getting right to the point. I was looking to just replace the missing battery in the set that I purchased and Nick was very helpful and ordered me a brand new one to replace the missing one in the set. Nick was absolutely the redeeming factor to my experience here and believe he deserves recognition. Thank you Nick.
Worst service ever. 4th and last time going there. Bought door this last time. Went to get it at other building. Didn’t have one. Went back to main building. Was told to go to other storage building a few miles away. No luck not in stock. Attitude of employees poor. Didn’t call ahead to check. Not sure why the computer said they had it in stock.
Customer service is okay. The drive thru is fast for getting common wood and building supplies. The main building has your typical hardware supply stuff including paint and small engine supplies. They will also design decks, kitchens and other things for you and price out your project. In my opinion there pricing has always been competitive with the big box stores.
Horrible experience with them. I am waiting for my windows screens for last 2 years. Still no response from them, not taking phone calls, no status updates. Literally frustrating.
Just had the worst customer service experience there. We are enclosing our covered patio to make it a three season room. We waited in line for about a half an hour listening to someone behind the counter taking care of someone who was ordering one or two doors. It sounded as if they were being very thorough. A second customer service assistant walks in and asks if we need help. I reply yes, I would liked to get a quote for doors and windows. Assistant: well do you know what you want. I say yes. Long pause. Assistant: irritated Do you want interior or exterior? I say all exterior. Long pause again. Assistant: even more irritated Wood? Vinyl? At this point my wife and I realize he doesn't want to work with us. I've estimated we were going to spend $4000 on windows and doors and probably another $1000 on lumber. Well, they lose out.
I want to reach out to you guys to tell you about my complete satisfaction with the staff when ever I need help with my house hold issues. BB staff are always helpful, always answer all my questions but @ the same time never "hover" as I shop. They always let Us know they are available for our questions while shopping.
Bellevue kitchen and bath is the worst place by a distance in the Capital Region for designing/building cabinets. The bath and kitchen cabinets in my house are of poor quality and have been falling apart since it was installed; Poorly built + bad installation. A lot of my neighbors continue to experience similar issues and complain about horrible customer service they receive. The bath and kitchen reps now as compared to reps 2 years ago are rude and arrogant. Bad workmanship + terrible customer service is a horrible combination. I encourage customers to stand up to the reps and not let them bully you. I hope the executive management at Bellevue starts listening to customer complaints and deal with arrogant reps before it is too late.
I want to reach out to you guys to tell you about my complete satisfaction with my windows I purchased from you. Your employee Johnny was who I dealt with. Johnny was extremely helpful. His knowledge was first class. He helped me in so many ways. I want to thank him for his great effort. Johnny also recommend a installer by the name of Justin. Justin was top shelf installer, and a pleasure to do business with. I’m so thrilled I decided to go with you guys and have Justin do the job. My windows look absolutely beautiful. . Thank you very much Johnny for your great effort in seeing my needs were ment. I could not be more happy with the results. You are the best Johnny. Thank you so much for all u did for me… Chris Fox
New to the area and recently purchased a home. We have many projects coming up, meaning we are going to spend a LOT of money! Unfortunately it won't be at your establishment. I gave your store 3 opportunities and quite frankly I don't know if I've ever seen such poor customer service! There's an older gentleman at the front counter who is argumentative, angry and rude! Yesterday was the final straw! I entered the store It was completely empty- no customers the gentleman at the counter was working on the computer, he did not acknowledge, or greet me, he continued to work on the computer for about 2 minutes, then without saying a word, left the counter, walked to the back and had a conversation with his co-worker! He left me standing there!!!... Nobody else in the store!!! Cannot believe that you allow such behavior from your employees!!!
