Had a speeding ticket, Judge was reasonable and very understanding not only of me but other's in Court that day. I was surprised it was not busy I was in and out in 2hrs!
10/17/19 = 3 star = Just came here for a Jury Duty , I just notice that all security personnel from the xray or main entrance is not smiling and no greetings at all . Good vibes should start from employee . That's what i think .
I was charged with a misdemeanor that I did not commit. The public defender appeared overworked and underpaid. My public defender wanted to plea deal right away and did not offer any defense. He did not mention any weaknesses in the prosecutor’s case. I did not know I had a constitutional right to see my police report; and never saw it. The public defender did not explain any ramifications of taking a deal. After my release, I saw my police report which had false and deceptive information. I then got counsel from private defense attorneys who all agreed I should have never accepted a plea deal. Judge Deborah Sanchez allowed an innocent person to be convicted. She was bias in the most blatant form; what she did was wrong. Her allegations were baseless and false. It’s an appalling and unconstitutional abuse of power. She overstepped her bounds. It violates the higher ethical standards that these professionals have committed themselves to by becoming licensed in their profession. It’s a violation of their oath. We need sweeping criminal justice reforms.
Had a pleasant experience with Record Clerk "Anesha" not sure if correctly spelled she provided excellent customer service. I appreciated her kind assistance, after a long morning of a wild goose chase, searching for a case record. She guided me in the right direction. Thank you!
Terrible customer service not enough agents the staff and officers are despicable, crude sarcastics same with the judges, what an abuse of overpower. From ticket prices to excessive extra fees, abusive overpower on behalf of the Superior Authority. Soon they will be replace Daniel 2:44, Jehovah is the Sovereign, He is the only that should be ruling the rule the entire Earth and it's citizens.
When you first arrive you quickly gain a scent of cat piss and ignorance, also upon arrival are the court house guards that show nothing but unprofessional work ethics and a cowardice state of mind prob due to lack of education and self respect. They are also very fearful of the littlest things from lighters to whistles yes, they kicked a man out for having a whistle on his key chain. Window signs do not help anyone but the local tribes that visit often. Do not ask the guards questions unless it is about their life for they see that the universe revolves around them and nothing else. this place is a sh!thole and for the morons asking "why would you rate a corthauses?" should learn to fu*king type and how to use a punctuation mark when necessary
This place is very slow. The judge wasn't there so they had a temporary that didn't know what he was doing. He kept asking the clerk what he needs to write and how to work everything! It took him about 5-10 min per person. The clerk's office is as long as the trial! Not the best place, but you have no other choice.
I’m here for jury duty. Our “host” told us there is a vending machine in the hall. It’s empty. I informed her and she just shrugged her shoulder. So now I’m stuck here, starving. Thanks Bellflower Courthouse for making sure your jurors are well accommodated.
Terrible court. Judges are terrible, declined my trial by written declaration even though I was in the right. After I paid the ticket I thought that was the end of it. However 6 months later I received a delinquency notice for the ticket even though I already had paid it ! I had to go to court again to get it removed. Really terrible courthouse .
It's no Hill Street court house, meaning no long lines and not so big and parking is free, but you'll still get that Hill St. attitude from employees. The ladies at the clerk windows do the usual eye roll whenever they have to work lol and they still act like they are being extremely bothered by you even though our tax dollars pay their salaries. Buuuuuut it's still faster and easier than any other court house I've been to. Annnnnnnd unlike other court houses, you aren't going to be sent from window to window, because it's so small there is no run around to give you, even with the negative vibes, those clerks give the right info the first time.
