Delivered a container load of pumpkin seeds here forst time. The check-in office is in the building across the street next to the pacific pride gas station. As you pass the main gate, turn left in the Pacific Pride parking lot and check in to the main office. You will have to put in your I formation, and the gas pass will be printed. Wait in the parking lot while they call on your cell phone and assign you a dock number to come in. The guard at the gate will scan your ticket, and you are good to go to your assigned dock. Once you get there, they will break the seal, and you have to slide your axles all the way back and dump any air. For me, it was really quick getting in, even though I was 2 hours early for my appointment. All associates are very kind and cooperative.

Arrived early. Got my gate pass but did not know I needed to receive a phone call I think I’ve missed that sign somewhere. Anyway security guard was very polite and had me circle around an exit and go park. The parking is roomy where you can rest. New drivers please be careful it is narrow. Also use your four ways when moving around there is quite a bit of forklift activity. Safety first!

Another reefer/cold storage company that dont care about drivers time.. 7 am appt checked in at 6.45 Got door at 7.20 Its 9.45 and havent loaded yet.. Asked from shipper about loading said he dont know how much more time its going to take... why did you make appts when your product is not ready...

All I do is drops. They open the gates with no questions asked

Pulled my truck off the load 12:30 pm arrival pulled off at 4:00 pm couldn’t make it to receiver schedule at 7pm 5 hours away receiver was willing to stay until 10pm for me but multiple factors bad broker, bad shipper who said they needed 2 more hours at 4pm, super nice receiver who understands logistics, and the value of time and money, broker wasn’t talking extra money or even a reschedule date best interest to get it out the trailer and not baby sit the freight and not get paid for it thanks Bellingham Cold Storage, you cost me about $200 for coming to your facility from fife Washington and running the reefer -10

Front row seats to the Whatcom Flood

This place is by appointment only but they are very fast loading you. I've been here multiple times they always get me loaded within an hour. If you arrive the day before they have a big open lot for you to park overnight in.

Broker gave the wrong address, Check-in is across the street. Parking available, The guard is a nice old guy but doesn't know much. Park in the lot across from the guard shack & check in left of the parking. The pickup number is 5 digits.

I have hauled in there quite a few times. Always professional and pretty fast. Check in across from guard shack in building by Pac Pride. They will take your info then call you for a door. They will give you a gate pass to show guard in and out. This is the BCS by the water which usually is for fish. There's 2 BCS sites so check your address.

Fast unload in and out. Easy to get to from the interstate. Security guard is friendly and helpful and they come get your paperwork you just need to stay in your truck. They open your doors up from inside the warehouse.
