I highly recommend no one does business at this place. They are extremely unprofessional as I was going to inquire about services today and stop to the deli next-door. As I went to go walked up to the front door I noticed a car was blocking the driveway. The lady had to run out with her curlers to park her car so nobody could leave the place off business as it was a one way in one way out parking lot. She says it's only her parking and I shouldn't have eaten at the deli or park there. So she stop doing her clients hair to run outside to block our car in??? Wow However, all of her clients were parked on the street and there was not one car in this empty lot she was so angry we parked in. At this point, I wasn't going to inquire about anything because I could tell the lady was just a miserable lady!!! Long story short, she wouldn't let us leave the parking lot for over an hour we had to call Pd and even had to have PD move her car for her because she threw a big fit like a baby and said she won't move it. She shouted at us that we aren't ever allowed in her place of business and she doesn't want our business...okay lady! lol I wouldn't recommend this place to some I hated. So much for a grown 40 year old lady. She knew she was trying to instigate a situation. No wonder why this place doesn't seem to have any business as it's only as good as the personnel whom own and operate it! As she said she is the owner and she can block emergency exit if she feels so cuz it her place! I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish to prove a point that no one should park in her parking lot? Grow up . And false imprisonment is a crime!!!! Now the lady is having her clients message me and tell me how crazy. I believe anybody would be upset if they were stuck in a parking lot for two hours and the lady was in there doing somebody's hair refusing to move their vehicle and laughing.
Bellissima Salon is a terrific place to go to get a fabulous haircut, highlights, wigs, and a cheery hello from Shawn Quiring, the owner. Excellent service!!
I have been going to Shawn Quiring "TheOwner" for probably close to thirty years now! She is amazing and will always do her best to give you the best haircut, wax, and nails no matter what! She always listens to the way you want your haircut and works well with you to fit her clients into her extremely busy schedule! Nothing but professionalism at bellisima!
A message that I sent to the manager I had an 8:30 interview with me. Your receptionist proved to be as rude as the comments on Google. you had told me that you are an early riser and that you would be there at 8 and asked if I could be there at 8:30. I wrote it down. You're shaking of your head reaction was rude. You needed me. I didn't need you. As rude as the comments about your salon. I don't know what your problem is but I hope you can work it out. I know this salon has been here a long time and I'd hate to see you take it down. I had every intention of bringing my clients to you. It may be slow here but at least people aren't rude. There is a professional manner here. I suggest you learn how.
Was very pleased with the friendliness, the helpfulness, the expertise and the time that I was given to find a hairpiece, especially since it was my first one. Great experience. Thank you.
Went to buy a wig..... was sadly disappointed with there largest wig selection. More like smallest wig collection in reno. If I was this business is would edit my advertisements from largest wig selection. To moderately sized in a basement collection that I can't see.
Had a great experience! The ladies are nice, friendly and accommodating. I will be back!
