Bellwether has outstanding coffee and cocktails! I have been here many times and tried several different things and everything is great. My absolute favorite thing which is worth driving across town for is their nitro cold brew coffee. It's amazing! I typically don't like straight coffee without some sort of extra flavor or coconut milk I know, I know... I'm working on it! but the taste of this is so smooth and so perfect. This was the first place I ever tried nitro cold brew and I have tried several places since in hopes of finding the same delicious treat and nowhere has measured up. Most of the times I have gone in, the person working has been Marcus and he is the best! He is so kind and knowledgeable about all of the drinks. He is the perfect combo of friendly yet chill and not overly in your face. He is the person who insisted that we try the nitro cold brew and gave us a sample. So therefore Marcus has changed my life as far as coffee is concerned lol. There are lots of cool places to sit inside and they actually have a back area that you can access if you become a member. This has work areas and would be ideal for someone who works from home and there is even a separate members-only entrance and a barbershop! Random but cool. You wouldn't typically see any of that if you just come in to the main part of the coffee shop. There are interesting clothes inside as well. Definitely for those looking for something unique and willing to pay for it as the clothing is pretty pricey. Another great thing here is their baked goods. They get the cookies from revolution bakery which I have not been able to find online and it's driving me crazy, because they are some of the best cookies I've ever had! If you go in and they have cookies that day, definitely try one! The bacon pull apart bread is also a must have! It's the perfect sweet and savory combo.
One of the best coffee places in Denver. Their chai latte is soooo good! Have a cool barber shop in the back. Laid back baristas. The interior is modern with clean lines and cool illustrations throughout. Great natural light. Definitely an inspiring place to work, study, bring your friends...
Really good latte, one of the best I've had in town. Cool little place, friendly staff. Definetly a clique-ish vibe... It's not a bad thing, you just either fit in here or yeah feel like you don't and it can leave you wondering how you can get a "in". People probably feel that way around our crew I suppose lol. I'd come back again for the expresso for sure.
A real treasure. Come for the cold brew, set up an appointment with Diego in the back for a real fine cut, and stay as long as you like. This place has charm for days.
It's a very nice place, it has great ambience, very calm and relaxing. I think I found a new place to hang out.
Bellwether has a great atmosphere. The coffee is top notch, and the staff was friendly.
I've been here for both coffee and cocktails and both are fantastic. We came in tonight and had amazing experience with Tanner as our bartender - he was so friendly and accommodating, plus he makes some killer drinks. Highly recommend anything with cinnamon syrup and whiskey we will definitely be back!
Best coffee shop this side of town. Friendliest staff ever. Good coffee. Amazing atmosphere. I don't care for the music sometimes, but that's OK. So happy this place opened near me. They have a cool back area for members including a barber shop. I didn't find it any quieter back there, it's more of a social atmosphere. So not for me, but I think it's a great idea and I see a lot of people utilizing it.
Great atmosphere and awesome drinks! The type of place you could hang out for hours and get some work done or just relax. It's very versatile, it's a great place to chill and have a cup of tea or coffee... or start your weekend party there with some stiff drinks : They also have some really great retail pieces that you can't find anywhere else, like Love for Lemons or Ruckus gear. Really great vibes!
Smoothest espresso we found in the area. I am normally a bit of a sweet tooth when it comes to coffee, as a lot of places have very bitter or acidic roasts. This place roasts their espresso in house I believe and I find it to be deep, hints of chocolate, very low acidity and extremely smooth. Best vanilla latte I've had anywhere! I do wish they had a few more syrups though.
