BellXcel provides evidence-based learning programs to school districts. Our vision is for all children to excel.
At BELL, we believe too many children are falling behind due to lack of access to quality out-of-school time education and enrichment. Since 1992, we have partnered with schools and other youth-serving organizations across the U.S. to expand learning and opportunity for K-8 students.
Our summer and after-school programs blend academic instruction with hands-on enrichment, field trips, and community engagement. We focus on serving students who are struggling in schools in under-resourced communities.
