They were extremely rude when going to pick up my grand fathers remains. Also was very disrespectful when meeting with us, and spent more time on their phone, while we have our own business and had close our doors to meet with him. he had also felt the need to have a sheriff in the building because we had called him out for being disrespectful.

I highly recommend Karvonen's. They took care of everything and made the process very smooth. Greg listened to what we wanted for the service and went above and beyond. The tribute video and military honors were exceptionally done. Even over a holiday weekend, the obituary and tribute videos were completed in a very quick manner. Good hearted people all around.

It was not the experience that we expected. The day of my fathers funeral came and they treated my mom awful. We werent told hiw many people could attend and so they got mad at how many people showed up, then after the funeral everything was packed up by them and everyone was pushed out. They locked the door behind us. It was a very bad experience and im not going to recommend anyone to use their services.

We have used Belmont Karvonen for many years. They are there for you during the most difficult times of your life, and they even see how you are after. They make you feel right at home and you are with friends. Nice facilities and amazing staff. Five stars all the way!
