Beloit - Durham School Services

My daughter is always ready and at her bus stop on time. It comes right in front of my house it’s their designated pick up drop off spot. Today the bus driver looked at us and kept driving and she didn’t make it here until 7:05. The normal pick up is 6:47. Mind you we are always ready at 6:30 and waiting. I called the bus company and the lady told me that the bus stopped at my location at 6:53& waited until 6:55 according to Gps as I tell her that she never stopped she stopped a ways down the steet my daughter is 6 years old. She stated that my daughter should’ve walked down the street and that it’s not her problem. I stated that my daughter cannot walk all the way down the street by her self and that the bus driver turned into a parking lot far down the street and came back out and kept going. We wouldn’t have made it in time but we were at her original spot on time she just chose to keep driving and looked right at us. The lady Stated there was nothing she could do bc gps showed she stopped near my location and hung up on me. So my daughter missed school. This company is highly unprofessional. Before she hung up I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she said she was the only one there. But when she put me on hold I heard another woman in the background. When she was paging the bus driver the bus driver never responded back. Sounds like many issues on their end and unprofessionalism

Horrible service we have request for a pick up in front of the house because we don't have side walks in the neighborhood to walk to bus stop it's a safety issue they don't care about it kids won't be able to walk in snow and dark..

Dropped off my son at a facility he wasn't approved to go to yet

The student assistant dropped my child down the bus stairs. Obviously I caught him before he hit the curb or pavement head first. When I confronted the student assistant she told me it never happened. Why because bus cameras don't face the stairs. I wouldn't trust them with anyone's child. I caught him. I know for a fact it happened. Worse than that. They denied the whole incident. When I only asked they admitted to the incident. The year before the student assistant slapped my son but couldn't deny it because it was on camera.They said it was an "accident" Do NOT trust your special needs child with these negligent, child endangerment and questionable hiring practices people. Durham school services. Have assaulted and dropped my son two years in a row.
