We went here to submit my wife's application for a passport after she attained citizenship. Unlike in the valley, plenty of slots are available for passport appointments. On top of that, the lady was on top of the requirements for application like she has been doing this for years, she was very thorough.
My husband and I had passport appointments today, and our service was outstanding. Sarah handled our applications quickly and professionally. She disclosed she was training on passport applications, and when questions arose, Jennifer smoothly answered our questions. Quick, friendly, excellent customer service.
I arrived 2 minutes late to a passport appointment and there was not one person in the whole post office. The lady was rude and said she would not have time to help me. I waited and no one came to the next appointment. I’ve had to get several passports in the past and I have always had a good experience. I wish she would find a job that makes her happy.
Horrible experience every single time I go. One staff member in particular is extremely rude and mean. If you read other posts, you'll know who everybody is talking about. God Rest Your Soul if you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with her on one of her bad days. Talk about entitled, unfireable, government employee.
I had a negative review as my item was sent back in a day saying that they did not know who I was nor my post office box, but turned out it was not the post office who did this, the company gave me the wrong tracking number, so I changed it from one star and back up as the woman was civil and was able to solve this. So I aimed my anger at the wrong person.
Make sure to get receipts. The large woman we all complain about was the last person to handle my outgoing package and it went missing. Never left the post office. She will steal anything there not recorded. Get receipts.
THE WOMAN THAT PROCESSES PASSPORTS HERE IS NOT NICE!! My family is traveling this week. My husband and my kids got thier passports a week ago, they were processed in SC PO. Mine was processed at Ben Lomond PO a week BEFORE my husband and kids, and i STLL dont have my passport. Apparently the photo of my CLD was not clear, and the application was incomplete!! I am driving to SF today to try to get a passport. But we could be out $20k in Non-refundable travel expenses. And I hate to say it, but I feel like this woman enjoys having the power to delay peoples passports. She rants about being a Federal Employee with a sneer. DO NOT SUMBIT PASSPORT APP HERE!!!!!! Update: we actually missed our trip to Bora Bora. My passport did not arrive until an month after our departure date. The reason that was given to me was that the travel date on my application was lined-out. And that was done by the PO worker. I watched her do it. She insisted it needed to be done. And would not allow me to re-write the date. My entire family missed the trip of a life time.
Pretty rude lady behind the counter. It wasn't just to me, she was really rude to another customer too. Left feeling frustrated and upset. Went to the Santa Cruz post office to do my business and there even in the holiday rush they were so friendly that I left smiling and feeling like I made friends. Stark contrast to this post office...
42 years we have been here and this is OUR Post Office.. WIth rare exception, the PO staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Our mail carriers, become friends and are always respectful and helpful. I write this review, because I was curious about a mailbox collection on a holiday and went to their website. I was shocked to see that they had a review average of 2.7 stars! That, is NOT the BL USPS that I have known all these years. I thank them all. DT
my packages keep being stolen before they even arrive, because the update on several says "delivered in or at mailbox" when it is clearly not. Something is definitely going on here because it is only small, valuable, and pocketable packages that go missing from the mailbox "coincidentally" as the driver leaves Edit: this stopped happening since I posted this review. I think its coincidence, but im just glad it's stopped
