Benjamin Sandler, DDS, PA

As someone with a loooong history of dental issues, the first thing on my agenda when I move is finding a good dentist. I am so fortunate that I found Dr. Sandler when we moved to Ellicott City nearly a decade ago. Not only is he incredibly skillful, but he is also the most professional and compassionate dentist that I have ever seen. Highly recommend.

The best dentist office all around - Dr. Sandler is fantastic but so are the dental hygienists and the front desk staff. Beyond accommodating with appointment times, and so friendly in person and over the phone. I've never been to any other medical practice with nicer staff.

Dr. Sandler truly knows and cares about his patients. His depth of knowledge and professionalism knows no end. Everyone becomes family and it's clear this is more than an occupation, it is his calling. The office staff are warm, kind and inviting. They will go to great lengths to make sure you are comfortable and receive the best care. I would recommend this office to all. Take it from me as I too am a healthcare provider. New to the area, I was referred to Dr. Sandler's practice by a friend. There are several dentists a bit closer to me but she told me this one was worth the extra minutes in the drive. Boy was she right! I could not be happier with my first experience! The receptionist, Sue, was very friendly and welcoming on the phone and in person. She is patient and kind. The hygienist, Chris, was wonderful. She explained things in ways that I could understand and really took her time in cleaning my teeth. The polish she used was strawberry and I actually didn’t mind it at all! Dr. Sandler came in and introduced himself while she was working on my teeth and then again after she was done to check things over and talk to me about my history and dental health. Everyone at the practice is so friendly, I felt right at home and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone in search of a dentist!

Dr. Sandler is a really great guy. Not only is his bedside or perhaps chair-side, in this case? manner is all one could hope for in a healthcare provider but you get quality work as well! Their customer service is great even when something goes infrequently amiss. Recently their office and I had a billing mishap, but unlike so many other healthcare places, I came out the other end financially unscathed, but only thanks to the kindness of Dr. Sandler and his staff. Their administrative process is extremely streamlined; phone, text and/or email reminders for upcoming appointments; easy rescheduling in the event of any emergencies; and most importantly, transparent copay information after our appointments so there are no surprises.
