I called from out of state to send a bouquet to my daughter-in-law’s for her birthday.  They were very friendly and helpful and designed the floral arrangement exactly the way I had asked.  What an exquisite job!  Thank you, Payne’s Florist and  Gifts!

Genuinely a GEM flower shop!!! Will be my go to! The Shop owner here and their florists have a genuine interest in helping make your order happen for any occasion. When I came in last minute they went above and beyond to make something amazing! They were very friendly and the shop has so many interesting and creative gifts to select from. Their flower selection has never failed to impress me and anyone whom Ive ever sent flowers to, fresh, vibrant, BEAUTIFUL designs. Added in some awesome expensive & exotic flowers too :

Exceptional service and beautiful flowers!!! I bought two arrangements for Mother’s Day today. I arrived to pick up my arrangements before my Mother’s Day lunch and they were not ready yet. I mentioned that we had reservations and I didn’t have much time to wait. They quickly asked where my reservations were, and they would bring the bouquets to me. I was blown away! This was my first experience with Payne’s florist, and it definitely will not be my last. They went above and beyond and I’m truly appreciative.

Ordered a bouquet for my granddaughter’s senior day at Godley HS. The arrangement was beautiful and received a lot of compliments on it.  I will definitely order from them again. Thanks Kelly for making my granddaughter’s day memorable

Kelly's passion and artistic ability is incredible. She took our vision amd created a masterpiece. Flowers for our grandmother's funeral was our final gift and Payne did us proud

Accidentally deleted my review from Mother's Day to post another review today. This is by far the Best Florist. They go above and beyond. I Highly Recommend Them!! Payne's made the bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding and also provided the cake flowers.  Everything was beautiful.  I provided them with a few inspiration photos and they created just what I was hoping for.  They were good communicators and worked within my budget.  Highly recommend.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and they put together a fantastic custom arrangement. It was a southwestern style arrangement with several types of flowers of high quality. I had place the order online and showed up and was treated with the utmost respect. I look forward to calling Payne's for future arrangements.

Excellent customer service, this florist is very dedicated to making sure a good product is delivered.  They did an arrangement for a friend’s funeral and it was beautiful, very fresh and colorful.

I needed to send flowers to a family member in the Benbrook area earlier this week and I’m on the Gulf coast.  I looked online for a local florist in that area and found Payne’s.  I’m so glad I did!  Kelly was so patient and helpful with what I need.  Thank you Kelly, they loved the plant!!  I encourage everyone to shop local, family owned businesses, and definitely shop Payne’s Florist!!
