Next stop on my FREE Birthday meal journey brings me to @bennigans with me stopping by my closet location @bennigansvinelandnj I make one or two stops here a year for their World Famous #montecristo It's one of my all time favorite sandwiches and just hits the spot EVERYTIME. Thank you Bennigan's for an amazing birthday meal. It was well worth the hour and a half drive! Yum! We were looking forward to visiting bennigan's after over a decade since the one near us closed over a decade ago. The food was still good but it seemed like the recipes changed a bit and some of our favorite items weren't on the menu at all. Waitress was kind, accommodating, and service was quick. Husband and kids enjoyed their food. Overall a pleasant experience.

Waitress and hostess were very nice. Food was good as always. Service was a little slow but we did get here soon after opening. The Monte Cristo is my favorite and my husband tried the new Irishman Burger, which he was very impressed with. Looking forward to next time. Remembered to take a pic after eating half my sandwich.

Several years ago my wife and I found this Bennigan's and really liked the decor as well as the menu options available at the time. Since it was not in an area we found ourselves in together at mealtime we were lucky if we could get down there very often. Back in 2003 we took a trip to Florida and were happy to find one in Daytona where we had a couple meals. The Christmas eve prior to her passing we were looking for a good place to go with her father and decided to make the drive down and it was real nice which was one of the reasons I chose to come back for my milestone birthday meal. The service and food were all good and because we came early there were not the crowds that we have seen other times. If you are looking for a nice place to eat and have a good experience they are worth checking out.

Traveled the 60+ miles from NE Philly to go here. They are awesome and the name carries so many memories for many. They should just bring Benny's back to us over here.

I love their Monty Cristos. Always friendly waitstaff. Relaxed atmosphere. First review from 6/15/2017 was 5 star !! New review I am not sure what happened to Bennigan's all new waitstaff, after being seated by hostess I had to walk up to manager to get service, was waited on by the hostess. Was given free stale chips for confusion. had to get managers attention to get check. "IF I Go Again " They better Do alot better. I used to frequent the Bennigan's in N. Virginia about ever two weeks for over four years and never have I ever had such unorganized service. I was very upset at what Happened on 9/13/2017 !

A place with great food. Interior a bit outdated but but very comfy. Will be back again soon

A truly golden oldie. Personable staff, fast service, great food. They set the world's standard with their phenomenal Monte Cristo sandwich. Often emulated but as of yet to be replicated without a doubt this is a bucket list item. This sandwich is unbelievable. Don't fail to try their other offerings. They are great in themselves but OMG that sandwich.

This place is standard as far as food chains go. It's exactly what you expect it to be, no more no less. The food is good, a little pricey. The waitress was lovely and the manager came over to say hello. We went for lunch when it wasn't as busy, but they have no lunch menu, so we paid full price for huge portions that were simply too much. It made a decent snack later on though.

While.the waitress was sweet as could be.... took forever to get our food with 1 other table. The food was less then sub par. Neither of us finished our food. I got the fish and chips which seem to be more fishier then usual and could taste the fryer had not been cleaned in a while. I loved this place in the past for something different but sadly.... I won't be back...
