I suppose I could have rated them higher if I tried their meals, sadly I was not given the opportunity to do so... I Arrived at 9PM, unknown to me it was their closing time, I tried to ask if they could make a small exception for me since I hadn't eaten all day - basically they told me to go away since they were closed, I certainly didn't feel like a valued customer. It will be the last time I visit them after this bad experience. I've had better customer service from a debt collector.
Love the food, yet not going there for awhile. I order my food and very much enjoyed it, until I pulled a very long grayish hair out of mouth. I told the waitress and never said I wanted it free or anyrhing. Just letting her know and she wanted my food n the hair to bring to the chef. In short, the chef said I was lying and wasn't doing anything. I got upset and said I didn't ask you to do anything and how dare you question my integrity. The chef then offered me a prime rib for free I declined. I let my wife finish and went to pay the bill, and was told it was on them. Just a very unnecessary ordeal.
Meal was great, our waitress, Melissa, was fantastic. Our only complaint were the banquet type chairs made me think of the Elks and it was far too bright.
Awesome service and great food. We thought the place might be too nice for our dress, but we were reassured we were okay. Really enjoyed the history of the place too. Thx
Got us right in, great service and even better food. Huge portions and lots of menu choices.
The service was very pleasant. The food was very well made and prepared. The mood is cheerful and elegant inside.
Food was delicious, staff very friendly, and the ambiance was great.
A converted railroad station turned into a restaurant. Very elegant on the inside. Food was delicious and the wait staff very attentive. They have photos and relics from the time it was a station posted around the restaurant.
Nice atmosphere, good portions and reasonably priced. The food was ok, the desserts were good.
Beautiful building. Decor and place settings a bit dated. Food was great. Service is slow.
