Bensenville public library has been a staple of the community ever since I can remember. Besides the fact that they have a beautiful & tranquil garden out back this library offers a Variety of services free of charge. They always gone above and beyond for me even when I’ve moved out of the town. When in the area Bensenville public library is a go to for printing purposes, Books, movies, games and just a peaceful place to learn and grow overall.
Super Public Library. , Perfect book collection, available in many languages. A lot of teaching materials for children and adults. A beautifully made wooden-style reading room with a beautiful fireplace gives a perfect atmosphere to spend a pleasant time here. Of course, it is worth adding that the staff and professional help are here at the highest level.
Really like it. I'm not a workout guy, but like going there. Not overcrowded, clean Could use some mirrors, another water fountain...
Like a hidden log cabin, set back from the road. Love the staff- love the programs. They're part of what makes Bensenville a great town to raise kids in.
Didn't have much experience with uploading some forms . Gentleman helped me. Real patient an helpful in the computer room. Every one was very nice . I felt welcome. Left there happy with my 18 copies. Thanks to all
Staff is friendly. Finally, some of the exterior, like the parking lot, has been improved. The interior has been expanded a bit, as well. When warmer weather comes about, the garden is beautiful. I do wish they had a larger selection of things to check out. Since its close to a few schools, the kids can be a real nuisance sometimes - yelling at patrons from time to time.
I love this place. Although, not a lot of books for kids. They have a play area for kids and toddlers, and have free ipads kids can use, and have a huge selection of books for adults. Not a lot of programs, but they do have Lego nights, and play times for toddlers. There is a cozy fireplace where you can just, lay down and read. Overall, decent library, I recommend to go there if you just want to get out of the house and just read.
It is a very good place to spend time for kids and adults. Especially, the Youth services is conducting plenty of programs for kids. The quality of the programs were also good. Each season they are introducing new program or updating the existing programs. Thanks for these best programs.
One of our favorite places. They have tons of activities during the week for kids as well as adults. We love every librarians and our little one knows them all by name. They do amazing things for the community and the schools in the area. Some of our favorite things from the past were the Halloween trick or treating with story time, Santa and mrs. Claus, life sized candy land, lunch time theater & and their movies they work with the Bensenville movie theater to put on for free. I most recently took a 3 day class to receive a free chrome book as well as an adult readers challenge. At the completion celebration received a book journal. There celebrate included coffee, sweets and bingo for the participants. The winners of bingo choose from a table of free books and book marks for their prizes I won 2 and 2. With each book you finished you put your name in a drawing to win a kindle fire. I'll definitely do the next challenge especially since they make you try new genre's. Which is always fun to do. If you haven't taken a trip their and you live in Bensenville your missing out on an amazing little treasure.
Big space, friendly staff, great selection of publications
