Harley Bear looked amazing! Ashley did a fantastic job! I could tell he was treated with respect and I can tell he feels special!

Took my dog into Bentley’s to get her first haircut. All the staff were awesome and greeted us at the door. The groomer came out and disused what we wanted and when I came back to pick her up I was very pleased with how it turned out. The whole process was very efficient and will be a return customer..

Ashley always provides 5 star service every time I bring my dog in for grooming. Thankful I found her! And the staff in general is great. Really a great vibe all around.

Ashley is the only groomer I know that can cut my aussiedoodle exactly how I want. Not too short. My pup also has separation anxiety and Ashley knows exactly how to handle it. Nola still gets nervous, but does so well with Ashley! 10000000% recommend. We love Ashley.

Kaitlyn is the best! She’s built my sunshine’s trust and makes him shine like I know he can! She nails the crazy requests for my standard poodle. Happy to have found my up to!

The groomer was excellent and very kind. My appointment took under an hour. My dog was happy and relaxed when I picked him up. I will definitely continue to have Bentley’s groom my dog.

This is my 3rd time taking Daisy here, and she loves it, and her groomer, Angie, just found out that is not her name but they all know who I am talking about when I call, her real name is Ashley. Thank you all for taking great care of Daisy.

I went in for the pumpkin lattes on September 25th with my dog, a friend and her 2 dogs. The sales person behind the counter was not very happy or friendly!! We were going to purchase some Fromm Crunchy O's and Stella and chewy treats. We each had two coupons, one for the Fromm and one for the Stella treats that we received at Pet Fest on the 24th. The sales person would not honor both coupons, which to me is totally ridiculous!! I have no idea what the big deal was to use both coupons on one visit even to just separate the purchases would have worked. We were denied!! So she not only lost two sales she lost two customers!! I will not be going back to Bentleys ever again!!!!

Ashley is amazing! I had tried other grooming salons and was never happy with how my pup ended up looking when I picked him up. I’ve gone to Ashley since my first appointment with her and refuse to go anywhere else. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for grinning services!

Literally the best pet store experience I've ever had. Sue was the most wonderful help! As a first time pet owner I was so grateful for their help and knowledge. HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you Sue and Kathy!!
